I recently purchased a Linus Dutchi 3i from Hello Bicycle. It took me a long time to decide which one I needed and wanted. The store clerk was very helpful and patient. He explained the differences of each bike and allowed me to try them outside for a test run. They have a good selection of bikes other than Linus that peaked my interest as well but Linus seemed most fit for my lifestyle. I highly recommend this shop for beautiful and functional bikes!

Bought Vittoria Corsa Control tires via their web store. Upon receiving the order, their staff called me and ask if I would like to delivered today as my delivery address is nearby one of their staff members. However I politely declined as I needed it urgently and I preferred to self collect. Regardless excellent service nevertheless. 👍🏻

I needed five bike boxes for packing my bike and flying to Europe. I reached out on Instagram and they answered quickly and clearly. We picked up five pristine boxes from their workshop for free. Smooth operation

Bought my Lekker bike here. PROS: Customer service is excellent and very helpful. They also have free servicing. CONS: If you want a cheaper price, buy it via Lazada on Payday sales, it would be $1150 as compared to their price and free shipping too. Hello Bicycle were not keen to give any price matching discounts so that was quite disappointing.

I am glad to purchase my first bike from Hello Bicycle. Stepping in with zero experience, the staff took time to show me around and recommend the bikes that met my needs. To be honest, I took quite a long time to test the bikes just to be sure of what I want. All their bikes are very stylish, which makes it even harder for me to decide. Nonetheless, the staff was patient and embraced my indecisiveness. After my first hand experience of their impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend anyone to visit this shop even if you are a newbie like me.

Brought my girls’ balance bikes in for some alignment issues and the staff promptly fixed them for me without any charges. I wanted to get a new helmet for my daughter but, instead of upselling, they said it’s better if she came to the shop herself to try them on.
