Amazing after-sales service by Specialized Binjai Crew! 5 stars! Went there for a tune up 1yr after I bought my bike from the same place. I am impressed with their attention and quick action despite visiting at a busy time. Their expertise and nice attitude were a standout and worth the price I paid for the bike. I definitely recommend this bike shop for both beginners and pros! Hope to be back here when it’s time for an upgrade!

This was my first road bike, and boy am I glad I chose to purchase from Specialized Binjai! The guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to share them, without pushing sales of accessories etc. I saw other customers coming in, who all received similar treatment. Fit was done nicely, with tuning and road tests, before I left the shop. Thank you Dave, Ben, and the team!

Great experience at Specialized Binjai. Called them up regarding a cable stopper. They went to great lengths to try to assist me where possible. Managed to find it for me. When down, chatted with their guys who really know their stuff about bikes. Great place get your Specialized bikes

Dave was very patient and pleasant to talk to, he explained to me the differences between the bikes and let me know my options for my budget. Although I didn’t buy anything, service was 10/10. May come back another day if I decide to pull the trigger. 👍🏼

Binjai Park branch: The staff are friendly, patient and helpful. In the end, I decided to get a fuse expert 29 along with a free bottle. Definitely recommended!

Purchased my 1st bike here and the staffs are friendly, went in several times and they are always be ready to attend to my queries. I met Benjamin, Melvin and Dave and they are all friendly and give good advice without being pushy. Will definitely be back for future bike purchase.

The sales staff was super friendly and patient as he explained to me the features of the bikes, he even brought me out of the shop to give me a lesson or two on the correct ways of mounting and dismounting a bike. he is really an asset to Specialized, did not regret choosing Specialized as my first bicycle. Highly Reccomend.

Long overdue review: Went there a month back with my bike because one pedal was seized in the crank but the team helped me out in removing it and replacing it with new clipless pedals. Special thanks to Dave as well for helping me lower my handlebar and all they asked for for the service they provided was 5 stars (nothing more). This is by far the best bike shop in Singapore and whoever is reading this, just head to this shop now and get your bike. You will not regret it. They truly deserve more than 5 stars.

Extremely poisonous place. I went in looking for a bicycle saddle clamp and somehow walked out with a brand new bicycle. Jokes aside, the guys are extremely friendly and customer service is top notched. Never felt pressurised to buy anything but the onus is on yourself to resist walking out empty handed.

The shop has almost everything you need. The staff members there were really helpful , assisted me once i stepped in the shop. They provided loads of advices and even gave me a christmas present.
