Ordered 3 books, and they arrived nicely shrink wrapped, without any creases and in pristine condition! Open Trolley has a wide variety of books, and prices are definitely competitive. They’ll be my go-to bookstore moving forward! Only gripe is that the fulfilment timeline could be a tad on the long side, taking about 2 weeks to arrive from the date ordered. Plan in advance and it will be fine!

I have been ordering books from OpenTrolley for a few years now. They have never disappointed me. Books arrive timely, in great condition (bubble-wrapped, in cartons), price is cheaper than retail. Will continue to buy from them when I need hard-copy books. Thank you!

OpenTrolley has a great collection of books, I found a rare gem that I couldn't find in other bookstores. What impressed me the most is their persistence in updating their customers delivery, they gave daily updates and the delivery was faster than expected. Will def buy from them again! Ordered 7 books around a relatively peak period for deliveries and online purchases (around 11.11 period). I felt like their terms and conditions were stated relatively clearly on their website, so while you do have to give them some grace period to get your items to you, I didn't think it was crazy long period of time to wait. The pick up rules were a little stricter than I am used to. I had only 48 or 72 hours (can't remember now) to pick up my books or else they would've returned my delivery and I'd have to pay to get the books redelivered. It's an understandable rule! Am very happy with my purchases and the flat delivery fee not matter how many books I am purchasing. Will definitely visit again if I am looking for books!

Although it was not those super fast delivery like within 1-2 days, but overall excellent customer service provided. Appreciate Silvia good service in follow up & order update, she made me decided that I must back to Opentrolley again when I need new book!

I compared the price for 4 books in many other sites and I found the best prices here. I received the books in 3 days. I'd definitely recommend. The fifth book, that I was looking for, was not in stock. However I got a reminder by email in 2 days that the book is available again. The packaging was good with sufficient bubble wraps in the package and books enclosed in plastic wraps. I got the books without any damage just like a new book out of the bookshelf in a shop.

In general, prices are slightly higher than Book Depository but the waiting time is much lesser. Best to purchase when they have promo going on. The entire process for my order went smoothly and the item came in perfect condition.

Ordering process was quick and instructions to collect my books from blu locker were informed very clearly. Just caution for first timers like myself that blu locker collection has a due date and TIME. If u don’t take note of it, U’ll have to pay a late fee. Otherwise very satisfied with my purchase cos the books arrive relatively faster compared to book depository.

I have been buying books from Open Trolley every now and then for many years. I have always received the books in excellent condition bar a few instances where faults included slightly dog-eared corners and the like. I have never complained about these faults because first, they were trivial, and second, I am a voracious and impatient reader. I do not wish to waste any more time waiting for a replacement. The money spent on the books may always be earned again. The prices of books offered by Open Trolley are affordable and cheaper than its brick-and-mortar counterparts in Singapore such as Times, Popular, Kinokuniya and Borders. I shall not compare Open Trolley with Amazon or Books Depository because that would be a false comparison. Most importantly, it is a Singapore outfit, albeit online; only in a local bookshop shall my loyalties lie.
