The Popular book store at PLQ is on the 3rd floor, opposite to Aspire Hub. It is a L shaped outlet, medium sized, quite spacious inside. It carries the usual books, stationary and office accessories. Right now they are having an up to 70% off promo for school essentials. They usually have this promo at the end of the year.

I am writing to commend Derek Tan from Paya Lebar Quarter outlet for his exceptional service yesterday. I visited the store with an issue regarding my SHOKZ earpiece, which had disconnected, and even though I did not purchase it from Popular, Derek went above and beyond to assist me. Derek took the time to understand the problem and made a dedicated effort to identify the cause and fix it. His willingness to help, despite the fact that I was not a direct customer, demonstrates a commendable commitment to customer service and exemplifies the high standards of the store. Great ambience/easy to locate stuff/categories. Always pleasantly surprised by new/latest range of self improvement titles that appeals to me. Interesting array of non fiction too. Their non books sections pretty cool as well. Overall, I enjoy retail mix/books range inside

Reasonable product range with good prices. Still have plenty of students' assessment books and reference books. But over the years, Popular seems to becoming a supermarket. Interestingly, they now carry IT products, food products ... .... Miss those days when more people read and enjoy a novel. Missed the paper smell at the book store.

There are supplementary books with all the content you want at a discount. And you can claim taxes for tourists by showing your passport. The shop has 3 floors, connecting floors 2-4. You can't even walk around. Lots of books. 2nd floor is office equipment and games. 3rd floor is IT equipment. Plenty of time. For bookworms

We went to buy notebooks and A level exercises. The area was too big and we couldn’t find them. The staff was very considerate and helped us find what we wanted to buy.
