Enjoyed a nice cup of café latte and delicious food paired with a stunning view of the Rain Vortex at Jewel. Loved the Eggs Benedict—the ham was tasty, the spinach was well-blanched, and the poached eggs were perfectly cooked.

We tried the club sandwich, fish and chips. We upgraded the fish and chips to a set that comes with drink and soup. Club sandwich was delicious. will definitely be back again for that.

We came around 11+ on a Sunday morning. Not too many people and we made a booking earlier on. Service was fast, food was above average. The seafood lobster bisque French toast is a must try. The bread toasty on the outside, and light and fluffy on the inside. The lobster bisque was also relatively good and the prawns were filling as well. However, I would consider this more an appetizer than a proper meal. Staff were always bz and did not really smile throughout. It doesn't take too much to smile. I think that could be improved. Atmosphere was standard jewel atmosphere so it was manageable.

Great service. The lady which I forgotten to ask her name has such a fabulous attitude. I was with 2 kids and my mum. My kids were rather noisy and active but she was so nice to engage the kids while I looked at the menu. She also gave us good reccomendation of the food and we enjoyed the food very much. Will definitely go back!

I usually do not have high hope of theme restaurant as focus is usually not on food but this restaurant is actually pretty good. When this first opened it was really quiet and I walk past many times without entering. It was a backup option if other restaurants were full. However have recently observed crowd picking up. We gave a try on a busy Friday night and was surprised that the restaurant was 75% filled. We got a seat inside with a fairly good view of the fountain. The menu selection was primarily western and surprising good with pizza, pasta, burgers, breakfast sets, fresh juices among others. Our party of 5 ended up choosing 4 different mains so we can try a little of everything. Service staff were enthusiastic and eager to please. Kudos well done. Drinks arrive after 5min and food arriving progressively when it’s ready. But last main, the steak, took more than 40min after order and after rest of us have almost finished the food and after the next table have 1/2 their food served. Seems they overcooked the meat resulting in the delay, although we were annoyed but it reflected the focus on quality. Chicken chop is pretty good, meat is juicy. Fries crispy outside and soft inside. Burger and chips is good, bread soft , beef patty is average, tender, juicy but not enough flavour for our liking. Breakfast platter is huge and baked beans are cold, is it normal? I prefer it to be warm. Bread very nice fluffy and soft. Steak.. we ordered medium and perfectly cooked. Meat quality was very average reflecting the price I guessed. Will we come again? Yes we will.

A great place to eat & have your kids occupied with an array of collector's toys. Food is good for all in the family, dessert selection can be improved. View, excellent, if u get the best seats! Revamped menu gives excellent choices for a delicious meal! Great to be back again

Very friendly and exceptional service. We stayed there for more than 4 hours and they didn't chase us away. Instead they topped up our tea without us asking which was such a nice and rare gesture.

Serving of mentaiko fries was huge, fries were crispy too but there wasn't sufficient mentaiko sauce to go with the rest of the fries. Salmon toast was normal, nothing special. We also ordered the crab meat pasta and it was pale-looking compared to other crab meat pasta I've eaten. Waiting time for main dish was about 30 minutes while the fries was served earlier. Glad I used my Entertainer discount for this meal because I definitely wouldn't be paying the full price for the quality of food served.

Mains were pretty meh. Food came lukewarm and with not much flavour. Had to add some seasoning to make it better. Drinks were pretty good. Probably highlight of the meal. Good ambience and would go there for desserts and drinks in the future.

I'll be upfront - the service was good and there was nothing to fault. However, a number of food items which were supposedly the ones to order were not available. Their website and TV screen has a photo of a good looking burger, which can't be found in their menu. Ordered a scrambled eggs set due to lack of choices, as well as some finger food. It did feel that the cooking team is capable of more, if not for the lack of ingredients. Pretty good view of the waterfall and monorails though Edit on 4 Nov in response to owner's question: My visit was on 20 Oct 2019 noon.

The food was alright and cafe was themed very nicely but not worth the price tbh. Additionally, water is served at $0.50 per small cup, which was not refillable. First time I heard of such a thing LOL.

Cosy Designer-Art themed cafe with beautiful view of the rain vortex. We went on a weekday afternoon so it was very quite and we easily got seats near the rain vortex.

Quality of food very good, taste a bit lukewarm. Not seasoned enough. I never eat spicy food or add a lot of salt, but even for me it was under-spiced. The service was friendly but not intrusive. The ambience is of course the highlight, if you will. I don't find Jewel overwhelming overall, but that's down to personal preference. Therefore: nice 👍🏻
