Portions here are quite big for the Amoy St branches. I ordered the standard $4 bowl and was satisfied. Although some meat were more starch than real meat. And fried fish felt old. But overall still good.

Old school lor mee at West! Hot gravy with fries ngoh xiang, fish cake and noodles!! Only the fish is a bit strong taste

Take away. Vendor is accommodating to different selections and gravy is ample based on the min. $4, Bigger size $5 is for those who prefer more ingredients. Gravy is gravy and thick, similar to the original outlet at Whampoa. Slurp till the last drop. Will come back often to savour.
