Came on a weekday evening for dinner and there was absolutely no crowd at all, which is great for me but probably not so great for them. I loved the interior, so reminiscent of the old teochew household vibe. Had the beef bowl - the beef could had been slightly more melt-in-the-mouth but it was nicely marinated with a hint of truffle oil. Also ordered the salmon cream tataki pasta in laksa cream. It really tasted like laksa and there wasn’t a jarring taste even though paired with pasta but I wasn’t a big fan of the laksa cream. The salmon was good though - soft and nicely torched. Read about the chicken wings before I came and true to reviews, it was crispy and nice though my dining companion said it was a little too hard. They also had desserts. We ordered the taro shaved ice. The texture was a little weird and grainy but I am 100% sure it’s because they use the real taro flesh so it’s definitely a plus. Coconut cream was also fresh. I probably wouldn’t come all the way here again just to eat this but it’d be a possible option if I were in the area. Props to the chef who did a one man show!

Location wise a little ulu though it's walkable from Kovan MRT station. It's tucked away at the corner in a bowling centre building. Was very quiet on a weekday night was there for quite some time and throughout didn't even fill like 3 tables. I'm a waffle fan so was making hard decisions whether to eat the sweet or the savoury ones. Decided to go with the burgers and then the sweet waffles. My friend had the Naked Burger while I had the An Neong Hase Yo. I would say we really liked the burgers and they were rather big in size. The patty was good and it was filling and very reasonable for the price. Saw the Churros Waffles which sounded interesting decided to give it a try. It really tasted like eating Churros so it was killing 2 birds with 1 stone! It was good and also we loved the Pistachio ice cream. Didn't order sides because fries came with the burgers (curly fries!) and the other side's weren't available. Also ordered water which they charged us 50 cents a cup. My only gripe was where are the Taiwanese dishes? They did a BBW X TieFanWan but there were no Taiwanese dishes in sight. Quite disappointed about that.

Ordered the beef and pork. The beef was slightly chewy buy had above charred taste, didn't think it was that good. The pork was much better much the meat portion was rather small. There's better braised pork places out there, but it's worth a visit. The peanut paste soup is super gao if you like that sort of stuff.. extremely thick !

Been here 3 times to try their sweet waffles. Tiramisu is my favourite 😋. Burgers are consistently good! Hope the milkshake can be more gao. Can't wait to come back again to try their savoury waffles.

Found this retro looking fusion pao fan shop with unique varieties for dinner and desserts. Ordered the beef rice, seafood and meatball pao fan, garlic fried rice and side dishes. All taste not bad but nothing fantastic. The peanut paste tasted weird with an after taste and superb sweet. Pass.

Been here twice, ordered the sky burger (blue cheese) twice, which I feel tastes really good. Patty is thick yet juicy and not over cooked, in fact it was a very nice medium with a good bite. Blue cheese complemented the burger very well. And they serve curly fries as default instead of the typical shoe strings!!! Hard to find this type of burger at such a price. Unsure why not many people come here to chill as I felt it I had a good enough ambience. Perhaps location wise it’s a bit secluded so pple dk about the place. Photo may not do much justice but just showing how much juice there is while cutting the burger (and no it’s not oil)!!

good food, the mala pork fries was very savoury and nice even without the minced meat. The rice bowls were yummy but I would have liked them if they were warmer. I like that there’s no GST / service charge, and their Cider drinks are very affordable. It’s a quiet calm place, beside the Main Jsport building

Lu rou fan is not exactly minced meat. Paofan tastes quite different from usual seafood paofan, soup was cooked with loads of corn which added sweetness to the broth.

Good environment, food was 8/10. Decent food for the price. No service charge. Dessert was good, tried the chocolate mud pie. Would recommend if you stay around the area, would not travel specifically for it.

Went on a weekday for dinner, and the place is not crowded at all. The food was surprisingly good. I had miso cream chicken pasta which was very flavorful and grilled chicken had the char smell. My friend had the blue sky burger which was not bad also. The burger came with battered onion rings which were crispy and fragrant, not soggy. We also had the butterscotch and whiskey mud pie which was a decent size and served frozen. Like ice cream on cake crumbly base, it’s ice cream with alcohol taste, the way I like it. Location is abit ulu which is good if you want good food but don’t want to queue. Will definitely visit again and bring other friends to try other dishes.

Got a Blue Sky Burger and Messy Burger with Truffle Fries. Would say the bun and flavours are delicious. Unfortunately the patty is dry and hard to chew, which was disappointing.. Truffle fries were good and crisp. Not a single soggy one! Drinks could be brewed for longer.. Can't really taste the Sencha very well.

Chanced upon BBW by looking for places to eat in the area. Located by the side of the bowling alley building near Kovan MRT. Ordered 'Messy Burger' with Truffle Fries add-on. Truffle Fries was okay and not too overpowering with the Truffles and the Curly Fries were good and crispy - a crunch to every bite! Would have liked the burger patty to be a bit more juicier and was slightly hard to chew but overall buns and the flavour was very good! Ambience was nice and the place is very spacious decorated with neon signs and mini neon bulb lightings with small inverted flamingos.

The drinks is not that good . It have to be improved . I ordered the lychee drink and it is not even sweet . paid 3.50 just to drink a water that taste has a slight taste of lychee. Really it have to be improved . I just really placing lychee in water 😭😢. While the burger patty need a bit more marination. The curly fries is alright . Therefore overall i give this a 3 star rating

The food was great. I loved the halibut rice bowl. It was really tasty. The Earl Grey shaved ice was refreshing.It will be great if they served soft drinks too. Will definitely be back for more.

Ordered 72 hours slow cooked beef rice and braised pork rice. Both are rather salty and portion is small. For my own perspective, not worth it at all. If you going for your first time, go and try it out. But I definitely will not RTM.

Was there for a long lunch and the staff did not chase us away. Instead, they offered to refill our tea and made sure we were well taken care of. Loved the exceptional service provided!

The fried chicken waffle is outstanding, crispy and delicious, a must try Chocolate milk color is delicious, made from 3 balls of chocolate ice cream I don’t recommend Momotaro. If you expect a sweet drink, it’s not. If you expect a tea drink, it’s not either. It tastes like a peach-flavored potion.
