Even though the outlet closes at 7pm, I went on a Friday afternoon a bit over 4pm and every food on the electronic menu board was sold out already except 1 BLT sandwich. Tea-wise only like 3 out of 10 options left. I asked the person if this is a common occurrence every day of the week or just Fridays, he said Fridays a bit more likely but it also really depends, sometimes other days the situation happens even earlier. But I do understand why they open till 7pm, because while I ate there I keep seeing streams of customers walking in or people reordering just literally whatever that’s left eg ready-made pastries and dessert and drinks, both dine-in and takeaways, or they leave after hearing there’s not a single food left from the menu (remember I took the last?). Only until 6pm did the crowd really start to die down/left, which yeah I left around then too. The BLT sandwich was quite acceptable! If that’s the only thing left on the menu next time again I’ll take it again, it’s to that extent, although the better scenario is to just have more options left, but I’m sure they know the best way to operate the business too.
