The small but cosy cafe with inviting atmosphere and soft lighting. Great variety of freshly brewed coffee. The roasted almond coffee tasted great. Would recommend to top up $1.50 to the large size. Waffle ice cream a little pricey, but tasted great when paired with vanilla ice cream.

Great little place for a nice breakfast in the East. Prices might seem high but the portions are really generous! The salmon eggs Benedict was done perfectly and their breakfast set is not bad too! After eating here, you can skip the next meal. Coffee is also pretty good so I totally recommend this place for a nice weekend brunch

Third time here and never disappoints. Had the duck confit and was recommended on menu. The mashed potatoes and spinach were also perfectly complementing the tender, moist and absolutely scrumptious duck!!! Price abit on the heavier side for a cafe but still great to bring friends to. Previously had the smoked salmon ?on baguette bread w poached egg. Perfect light lunch meal 🥰 Will definitely return for more

Always a reliable place for good coffee & cafe food. Was here late afternoon with a craving for some waffles & ice cream. Ordered the S’mores Chocolate waffle & Love for ice cream waffle. Really a lot of ice cream per serving, like 3 scoops. Most places only give 2 scoops for the same price. Place is always crowded so just be patient & wait awhile. You will not be disappointed.

Very cozy place, we loved the environment. The dirty chai latte is a must try! The food was good as well, the waffles was delicious. The only observation was the baked beans/bacon came a bit cold but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back :)

Definitely one of the best waffle place I have ever tasted. Their Belgian waffle has a crispy crust with soft filling. We tried their Strawberry waffle and man, it was divine. They really serious when they mentioned a “premium” vanilla ice cream. I definitely notice specks of vanilla beans in the ice cream. We quite surprised of the size of the waffle, literally heap of love and goodness, topped with a huge scoop of ice cream!! Definitely worth it.

One of the best coffee I have ever had. Really gets you going. The food is good too. A bit pricey but hey when you go to cafe situated in these location you gotta expect it. Give it a try and you will not be dissapointed.

a friendly neighbourhood cafe w decently good coffee and mains. been patronising this place thrice now and i must say every visit was no doubt a satisfying one. whatever we have had w craftsmen were good and we are always delighted to have such a filling meal. the portion is huge and generous as you can see. it’s all on you to decide how you’d like your egg to be done if you’re ordering brioche; and i’d love mine to be scrambled but i’m a little disappointed w how they’re done here as they always turned out pretty dry and almost fully cooked instead of moist and fluffy. sweet potato fries (not pictured) serves as a perfect side dish to our dinner by the beach at east coast park as the fries weren’t soggy at all yet still a little crisp on the outside despite ordering takeout.

We had the French omelette and ham and the kimchi sourdough. Both were excellently made, very tasty and with just the right amount of condiments. The cappuccino and latte were perfect too. Highly recommend visiting the place.

A long time favourite hangout of mine, Craftsman just has a warmth (and good coffee) that you keep coming back to ~ A few of my favourites from the food that I've tried are the Tater Tots, Timeless Waffle & Scrambled Eggs with Cheese. The waffle especially - perfectly crispy & buttery on the outside while soft on the inside. As for drinks, their Roasted Almond Latte is hands down one of the best I've had - with its nutty, mildly sweet, smooth coffee roast. It's definitely worth having a cup of this goodness while scrolling or flipping through a book whenever you just need a getaway or a chill weekend!

Despite it being a very expensive breakfast, I had a very nice meal at Craftsmen. The waffle was nice, the ice coffee was fun, and the staff young and helpful. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the salted egg yolk croissant. It was heated for me, but ended up being a bit burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. I paid just over $30 for 3 items shared between 2 people. The portions are large, so most items should be fine to share.

I am glad they have decaf coffee here, I definitely will come again for the coffee. But they made the wrong coffee for my friend, and the cashier is not really know about the food menu, the waffle with salmon dish is okay, but the scramble eggs...

Love their coffee! Always get their iced latte when I’m here. Had their waffles during my most recent visit and it was nice! Not too sweet. They also have a range of croissants and muffins too.

The place has a F.R.I.E.N.D.S vibe without the loudness, and more of a cozy hangout with 2-3 people. The timeless waffles with maple syrup and butter is a staple whenever I choose to visit this place, along with a Cappuccino. They’ve gotten the others right too on other occasions - the Caramel latte and Hazelnut latte.

The cafe can easily be found. I called two days before to make reservation for lunch. The waiting time to get to our seats took about 10mins, due to lack of manpower. Suggest they implement online order and payment. The cashier was constantly occupied with customers. The food and variety of choices are fantastic!

Visited the cafe over the weekend for brunch, food was served really fast despite the massive brunch crowd. The cafe has a very small kitchen and work space for the staff, but despite that, food and drinks turned out great.

Was there 20mins after opening hours, amongst the first few tables, and they were fully ready and running with staff attentive and cheerful - a splendid start to the day. Food was served very promptly and in excellent plating that gave the eyes a feast. Croissant with crab scrambled eggs was excellent - fresh flavour of the sea, no egg or crab shell bits and eggs were creamy and moist. Waffles had good balance of toppings and sauces. Latte was the right temperature, thick and flavourful. Definitely will come back. Highly recommend.

This has been my favorite go-to place for my daily coffee breaks in the Siglap area. The coffees are delicious and they have a nice menu of snacks and brunch meals. The atmosphere and service by Shiley and Risma make this a very friendly place. Make sure to also use their loyalty program if you are regularly returning.

Our go-to place for coffee, waffles & brunch. My favorite is the Timeless Waffle with a Cortado coffee or the Multigrain Bunwich with scrambled eggs. My husband & I have had our coffee here nearly every day for over a year. Not only is the coffee/food great but the staff very welcoming too (Risma, Shiley). Because we loved this place so much, I decided to host one of my corporate events here and it exceeded my expectations (personalization, attention to detail, food offered, service, ambience...) - a special thanks to Emyln for her support in making it so special. Highly recommend this place!

Great coffee...hint of nutty flavour. I'd recommend the Chicken waffles (it's a large serving) or for something smaller the Kaya croissant. Music a tad bit too loud for a coffee shop though.

I'm coming here once a weekend and have always been satisfied. Service can be improved but it's usually quite busy, so that's fine, they doing altogether a great job. Coffee and food is very good, though quite pricy but definitely worth going. And on top, the ambience is great, furnishing and music is definitely meeting my expectations of a comfortable and hip coffee shop. Keep doing like this guys!

This is my husband's favourite coffee shop and he's there every weekend... their coffees are the best in Singapore! I've visited this place for brunches... and their food is to die for... You have great options, the portion size is massive and it's child friendly, so my little monster toddler is also very happy to go there! The staff is extremely courteous and friendly... five stars for craftsmen!

We have been coming here for at least 5/6 years . One of our favourite brunch places . But off late , I find the lure for me is wearing off a bit . Menu has been changed . Portions have gotten smaller , prices have gone up a bit and the quality of the food is a shade down . Hope the management takes notice and corrects the course . We would love to continue to come here .

I thought it was a lovely place for a weekend brunch, if you are in the mood for some savoury/sweet pancakes and a cup of coffee to start your day. I went here with a group of friends before the circuit breaker was implemented and was honestly blown away by the quality. Prices were slightly on the expensive side, but it is a worthwhile try IMO.

1st The Pros: 1) Coffee was great..i am a stickler for coffee done well and they have got it down to a science and an art form. 2) Food was good,lots of choices as well, mains and sides inclusive. 3) Staff were friendly and helpful Now the Cons: 4) Place was very very small with very limited seating and tables and chairs cramped next to each other. 5) Place is constantly crowded,and u really have to wait quite a fair bit for a table if u wana dine in. 6) Prices were not very wallet-friendly, abit steep if u ask me. All in, a decent place to try out but I wun go outta my way to dine there.

The ambience of the cafe is lovely, charming and provides a warm cosy atmosphere for customers to come and enjoy their wonder selection of food and their excellent coffee. The staff has been nothing short of delightful and attentive to my every need, polite and with a cheerful disposition, serving with pride. For the other reviewers here who seem dissatisfied with the service seem to be reviewing from their high horses. When it is their peak period, one could only expect to wait a little longer for hand made artisan coffee since it takes time and skill to perfect every cup, maintaining their standards. If they really want a quick cuppa, they could always go across the road to macdonalds to get their drip coffees. And with regards to the noise issue, it is honestly acceptable in a closed air-conditioned space, unless that particular person would like a closed padded cell for a cafe. And it is inappropriate to implement a silent rule on patrons too. Just come on a weekday then. Essentially, even if the cafe has a seemingly replicated look with other cafes, it is a wonderful place to go to, that serves good food and coffee. Don't think twice and come down for a drink and meal with your friends.

Had late lunch today at Craftsmen Siglap outlet. Exceptional service was rendered to me by Filipino staff. I really admire their hospitality. This is one hands down trait every Filipino possess. I had a full happy tummy plus a great experience at Craftsmen! You can drink very delicious coffee. My personal recommendation is the cappuccino. A latte has a little more milk, so if you want to experience the taste of coffee, a cappuccino is recommended. Of course you can drink black coffee, but let's try making a cappuccino instead. By the way, ice cream is also recommended, but I personally prefer hot. Also, if you buy a voucher, you can get 30-40% off and get coffee at a very cheap price, so if you are going to Starbucks, I recommend this.
