Reviews of Hello Arigato
Small but comfortable place to Relax our feet and enjoy breeze air con, short break from Blazing sun of Singapore 🤩🤩
Coco matcha cloud are Brilliant idea. Tater tots and orange loaf are light and tasty snack.
Must try and perfect choice for short stop
Tom yum somen is a miss for me. Yes, the chilled tom yum soup was very refreshing, however, the noodles felt overcooked and barely had any texture or bite to it. However, their fried food are superb, specifically the truffle fries and tater tots. Came on a Saturday noon and the service was slow and dishes took quite some time to be served.
I enjoyed my visit to this café. It has a nice, cozy atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. The food was delicious, and the portions were decent. However, I found the prices to be a bit on the high side. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking for good food and a comfortable setting, though be prepared to pay a little extra.
ordered their chicken katsu, portobello sandos (outlet specials), tater tots, truffle fries, mushroom pasta and laksa pasta! oh, and pistachios shibuya toast for the desserts! all the food tastes super good! we love it! for the drinks, most of us ordered the matcha latte! also the mocha and iced coffee..

This sando had an interesting flavor and texture combo, though the apple slaw wasn’t quite my preference

This unique sando captured the essence of nasi lemak. While the flavors were interesting, it wasn’t quite satisfying enough for me to order again 🙂

STRONG
Went on a weekday after at around 2pm, the cafe was more than half filled, didn’t have to wait for a table.
Hello kombu tots was good, crispy and sauce was on point. it’s a must order. One of the better tater tots in sg.
Gyu Sando was much better than expected, unpretentious, simple, but tasted so good. Beef was really tender.
As for Miso buta don, I think if you will like it if you are a pork belly fan. I like that they gave salad on the side to balance out the palate. It was a nice touch.
Overall, it’s worth to give this cafe a try.
Saw an ad about this bistro in my facebook feed and I thought I should also check this place out. And now I know why they receive so many positive reviews. The experience is absolutely satisfying, from the friendliness of the crew, quality of food, cozy atmosphere, they are nothing short of the best. Well done guys.
Mentaiko pasta was super delicious!!! The pistachio Shibuya toast is a must order. Yummy! Will be back again!
tbh one of my fav cafes in sg. their sandos & shibuya toasts are a MUST GET. matcha latte was decent for sg standards although can be better.
staff are friendly and the ambience is chill & cosy.
One of the best Mentaiko Fries I've ever tried, the Fries is good on its own too.
Both Porkatsu & Gyu sandos is good & the meat is super tender, it would be good if they give a little more sauce. Its a very filling meal!
Dirty Matcha is rich!
I would be back to try other dishes.
Found this place on Google maps because I want somewhere to eat before a hike.
Place was full even at 2pm but the waitress managed to get me a table.
Kombu Tater tots
Amazingly light and fluffy while still having a soft crunch exterior. The hints of kombu pairs so well with the nori mayonnaise and it's so morish.
Miso buta don
I think the rice has a slight vinegar flavor but it could it could just be from the dressing salad. I think it gives it a very nice flavor like eating sushi rice. Pork belly is nice and tender with a slight char on the exterior. The pork isn't overly salty and pairs super nicely with the rice. This was the favourite at the table. The salad had a wasabi dressing which is a nice change from the strong flavours.
The corn is definitely an interesting item to share with friends, but nothing to rave about.
Gyu sando was nice and tender but the flavours was pretty mild. I enjoy stronger flavours.
Nearest MRT is Upper Thomson station
Highly recommend Fuji Apple Chamomile soda and Truffle fries!
Well balanced flavour and texture sandos that are sure to make you want more. The filings have enough sweet, salt, acid, spice, and crunch, served between toasted shokupan, to not make you feel full.
Unfortunately we thought the gyu katsu could have been served medium instead of medium rare as it was too chewy to be served as a sando.
Do remember to make reservations as it is a really popular cafe in the area.
Great little cafe/restaurant along upper Thompson. Serving a mix of popular dishes I've tried around other Japanese restaurants. Friendly staff busy running around servicing customer in and outside. Definitely worth a try for food or just coffee before the soft opening menu gets reduced to poplar ones.
Love their Otah and Gyu Sando! The otah cooked to perfect tenderness, though thick slices, yet firm edges, complete with appetizing Fragrant and just nice spiciness level (could be too spicy for some). Momo Orange also great to accompany any meal, unless you prefer non soda based one.
I was truly shocked.
I came for a casual lunch date,
and while photos online do give u a preview to a new place,
they are rarely true-to-life.
We ordered the Gyu Sando and boy was it perfectly medium rare, I've seen it in many photos and I didn't expect that level of consistency of doneness in a cafe.
The 160g Angus Striploin slab was THICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC and juicy, and the milk bread was crispy and fluffy, the caramelized sweet onion jam gave it the 'Jipun' touch it needed to seperate itself from a regular sandwich.
Loved it!
We also had the Truffles Fries, which was perfectly crispy, with an addictive Truffle Mayo to pair with..
(Great for 2 or more when the restrictions are lifted!)
We also had the Mentaiko pasta, which is honestly quite a safe choice in most cafes, this one had real Mentaiko with a light cream sauce to make it lemak but not too 'gelak'...
Not the typical 'pink' sauce u see at most casual dining places..
To top it off, it also came with 2 Sashimi Grade Hokkaido Scallops,
(U do have the option to have it as Sashimi or Seared, but I would highly recommend the former)
It was my first time having it and it was interesting sweet and texture wise, very easily acceptable, no funky smell or taste
It was also topped with a edible flower, perfect for the gram.
To me, this was Mentaiko done right.
And I dare say this is the best Mentaiko pasta I've had to date!!
I think Hello Arigato serves restaurant quality food at cafe prices. In my humble opinion, this is fusion done right.
Already planning my next visit!
Found this place on instagram and decided to come try out their sandwiches. I would say pretty good sandos very filling and flavourful. It’s a nice cafe in terms of service and food
Gyu katsu Sando 🥪 🥩: really good beef very tender. The sauce doesn’t overpower the beef but compliments the flavour. Batter and bread was crispy. For that price point I would say pretty good experience.
Chicken katsu sando 🥪 🐓:flavour and balance wise was really good. The pickles gave it some acidity and the tonkatsu sauce again complimented the flavour well. However they put a backload of tonkatsu sauce, which made the whole thing soggy. I think they should put less.
Personally i think the people there are really very nice. They were really accommodating and tried their best to move us into the restaurant because it was more comfortable. That’s called 5-star service 👍
I highly recommend trying out here it’s pretty good. I advise not to order to your house cus the paper packaging will make it soggy. Parking is limited and at 12-1 period it has a long queue, also cause the restaurant is quite small. In our case we went at 2 and got a seat. I will definitely come back to try their other dishes. Stay tuned for my next visit and new review 😃
I don’t know why I paid 10% service charge when I have to walk to the till and order myself. Yes the sandwiches -although small- are delicious. But $70 for two people is just insane. I get that inflation is real but I think these kind of places use inflation as an excuse to over low their prices to pander to rich people coming out of their spin class; or poorer people trying to show off where they eat on social media. If they’re not paying their staff $70k a year all the money is going to a tiny group of owners ripping you off.
In a word - overpriced. By 30% at least.
Truffle fries ($14) were pretty truffl-y albeit slightly over-fried. But the portion was barely enough for 2 pax, much smaller than equivalents elsewhere. The "scallop sashimi" in the mentaiko pasta ($18) is indeed sashimi - total 4 THIN slices. I think the whole dish contained one scallop or less.
Compared to those two, the otah sando ($20) fared better. Spicy, can taste the fish chunks, well-toasted bread. But again, the price...
Total bill for 2 was $57, without any drinks (they now charge svc). On the bright side the interior is tastefully minimalist, everything was passably tasty. Once is enough unless prices are revised or portion increased.
Edit Apr 2022: Tried the tamago sando, tater tots and fried chicken. Enjoyed these items quite a bit despite the high price. Upping the rating to 4 stars based off this visit.
First time trying this place for weekday brunch. Arrived at about 1130 and the place is almost full. Greeted with warm welcome. Scanned for online menu but order at counter. The place is nicely renovated, white and clean look. Refresh feel. Ordered 1 pasta, 1 sandwich, 1 side and 1 drink at SGD55. Not cheap, might be slightly above but its worth it. The food all look attractive, IGable and taste great. I recommend the tomyum somen. Looks good, taste great, smell and spicyness is light n refreshing. I hope the portion is slightly larger. Finished all food with 2 of us. Will return to try other items in the menu.
They serve Nice coffee here! Decided to give it a try after a short trek from Bukit Timah.
I've tried their White Coffee, Katsu sando, kombu tots and Mentaiko pasta. Their foods were just okay only. Not very "Wow", but their customer service was amazing and foods are using fresh ingredients.
Their Mentaiko Pasta's Scallops and tobiko were💯, but I had higher expectation for mentaiko sauce.. so this main still abit far to my liking..
Tried their Katsu Sando too.
Thick and tender Pork Katsu was nice to go with grilled pineapple in between 2 slices of crispy breads, but I had to say, "not much taste for the Pork Katsu". Hopefully they can improvise it a little bit with black pepper or garlic powder?
The only menu that making me want to go for 2nd visit were the Kombu tater tots and Cold White Coffee.
Shall try their Beef Sando next time 👌
Loved the cafe vibes. I ordered the gyu (beef) sando and some parts of the meat was tough. The sencha drink was refreshing though.
Don’t even know where to start.
First off, this was a place I knew I WANTED & NEEDED to try. And boy, was I glad I did.
Ambience and vibe that this place exudes is just perfect for a girly brunch or even with your partners.
Nothing over the top, but you can tell the people behind Hello Arigato paid attention to every little detail. Example: my drink came with a super chilled glass & their teaspoon has a beautiful intricate design (order a hot drink & you’ll know what I mean)
Bonus point 🌟
Food & Service:
We had the Mentaiko Pasta which came with raw scallops. (The server gave us a heads up , just in case we’re iffy about having raw food) Portion was a little smaller than most places, so if you’re a big eater, I would recommend ordering starters or just leave some space for dessert after. Food was nothing short of delectable. Not too salty or fishy and that raw scallops was fresh as heck. Absolutely love it. 🤤
Katsu Sando was (to be honest) our second choice. The first was Gyu Sando which was unfortunately sold out by the time we got there around 2:30pm.
So don’t make the same mistake as us- come early.
The pork was nicely cooked, flavourful , thick and juicy. However, this was definitely a meal on its own. We couldn’t finish the other half and had it packed in a takeaway container.
Star of the day has got to be their Matcha Cruffin. It came slightly warm and you could tell that it was just waiting to burst out all its matcha goodness inside. Pretty addictive.Definitely a must try for all Matcha Lovers.
Service was friendly & prompt. Staff were very kind and patient to answer any queries we had. (And we had quite a few, sorry! 😅)
Hello Arigato is just too amazing to try only once. Will be bringing my partner next, and hopefully this time we’ll get to try their highly coveted Gyu Sando (and matcha cruffins AGAIN)
x💜
Came here for dinner and the food were nice. The pork sandwich was nice as the pork was soft and tender. Food here was nice but the closing hour at 9pm seemed too early though.
Cafe interior was awesome, the outdoor sitting was actually pretty great too with shelter and decent space between the tables. The sandwiches were delicious but on the pricier side. the wait to be seated and for food could be up to 45mins at weekend peak hours but the crew were really warm and friendly, did their best with quicker services.
Wanted to see what the fuss was about. Did not make reservations so we decided to take away. We tried the katsu, otah and gyu sando. I felt the otah was spicy and needed more cucumber. It was a bit pricey. The beef was perfect cooked and surprisingly tender. Not sure if people who can’t take beef cooked rare will take to this. Our favourite was the katsu. The pineapple really complimented the patty. As it is still a soft launch, would like to see what they have to offer when it is fully opened. *call in for reservation or take away as we did. Not easy to get a table. I gave up after 3 times. Didn’t give me option of alternative date and time. Probably too busy.
Quite a nice aesthetic especially if you get the sofa seats! Food wise was good but nothing mind blowing.
We had the truffle fries which were good. But for the drinks I highly recommend you yuzu sake since it pairs well with the dishes! The katsu sando and gyu sando were good and perfectly done (my preferres choice would be the gyu).
If you're around the area I really think this is a good place to give it a try!
Yummy Gyu Sando with delicious milk bread. Musubi Shi with teriyaki sauce is better than mala which is too spicy. Matcha Cruffin is not overly sweet with a tinge of bitterness of matcha which we like! And it goes very well with the Cold Brew Tea.
Visited on a Sunday around 1.30pm, it is when the crowd starts growing. Best to make reservations (did a night before and its still available). They serve and clear very fast, and do not rush away customers though there is a lunch crowd. Staff are very friendly and understanding when my friend has not arrived yet, and allowed me to enter first. Place is easy to walk to from mrt. First time trying Hello Arigato, they have outlet exclusive menu. These are the food that I have tried:
👉🏻 pasta laksa *outlet exclusive* - $22
- recommend to share this with someone or pair it with a drink as it can be quite jelak
- it is packed with the shrimps and laksa leaves that comes in this dry laksa
- love the tiny bits of tobiko added to this to give it some enhanced bites to the laksa
- tiger prawns are fresh and slightly crunchy with each bite
👉🏻 porkatsu sando - $25
- pork is juicy and tender
- tonkatsu sauce added is not overpowering and balances the food as a whole
👉🏻 with every sando, you can op to add on tater tots - $5
- sadly the portion is slightly small with no dipping sauce (original tater is $12 which comes with dipping sauce) but great as a sharing food with your friend
- its overall still a good add on option to just try their tater tots, which are well fried and crispy with each bite
👉🏻 coco matcha cloud - $5
- mix well before drinking!
- very refreshing!! the coconut water blends well with the matcha
All mentioned above highly recommend to order and try! Look forward to trying other outlets in future to try their outlet exclusive 👍🏻
Sando was average, tried the mentaiko pasta will recommend it if you don’t know what to get
The food is great! I mean if you eat fatcow's wagyu sandwich, the one here hasn't hit that mark but it is honestly pretty worth it for the price. Thick medium rare cuts and pretty filling! The pasta capellini is al dente as well but it's nothing amazing, just seemingly alot of expensive ingredients piled on top.. Tater tots was really good though very pricey. Just a pity that the alcohol options really sucked and their sake cocktails is very diluted and sad for that price. I look forward to trying the coffee and cruffins one day though!
update: food standards are dropping after my first try. the sandwich is soggy with oil and the katsu is NOT at all light and crunchy.
We ordered the tater tots, katsu sando and the gyu sando. Of the 3, the tater tots were the best, crunchy on the outside and the nori Mayo sauce that comes with it was so tasty and appetising. The katsu was good in a way that it’s crispy and moist and was pretty thick. The bread however could have been better toasted and it got a little soggy. The pineapple was kind of weird too. The gyu sando was mediocre. the beef was slightly tough, and there was a very strong beef gaminess to it which I didn’t like. Coffee could have been better too.
Cosy spot nestled in the Upper Thomson area, tried out the range of Japanese inspired offerings here. Katsu sando was aright, but meat was too tough and slightly dry. Enjoyed the bread here though! Tater tors were delicious and yuzu drink was extremely refreshing.
Went on a Friday around 2pm and the restaurant was pretty full. No indoor seats were available and we had to wait around 10mins. Reservations should be made if you want to visit at a more regular timing. Drinks were ok. Tried the musubi, gyu sando and mentaiko pasta. The sando was salty , meat was quite difficult to bite and the bread was soggy towards the middle. Mentaiko pasta was salty as well. Both these dishes were more salty than the musubi.
we went to the upper thomson outlet!! outdoors seatings are pet friendly which was ideal for a weekend brunch spot w our pet dog! staff was friendly and good service (-: they even provide water bowl for our pet dog! will cone by again
Matcha latte and mentaiko scallop pasta was flavourful. Tater tots was crispy but lacking in flavour. The meat jn miso buta don was quite tough and dry. Overall, food was still satisfying and will come back again to try others :)
Ordered the tamago & teriyaki chicken sandwiches and a kinoko pasta. Sandwiches tasted great but portion is quite small. Pasta tasted sweet, which is rather random..
Overall its a four stars, some hits and misses but I will definitely visit again and try the other items on the menu.
I tried their gyu sando. Good bread, nicely toasted. Decent quality beef, well tenderised. I found it a bit light on seasoning though.
Personally, I don’t think breading does good beef any favours.
Still a nice sandwich but not “wow” enough to pay $26+ for on a regular basis.
Lovely ambience and very friendly, helpful staff. Food is good, although a tad expensive. The Beef sando was $26 while the Otah sando was $20. I really liked the crispy crust of the Otah and it tastes spicy and legit.
Yummy tamago sando. Tea was nicely infused. The cafe got filled up very quickly once past 12. There are limited seats inside the cafe.
Seatings are quite close and not too conducive if diners at the next table talks or laugh loudly.
Who would have known that grilled pineapples 🍍 would complement the katsu sando so perfectly?
The tom yum somen broth also had some very appetizing notes of lemongrass and other herbs and they give you this amber bottle to pour the broth into the plate.
The mentaiko pasta was good too but the least interesting of the three items ordered. Agree with one of the recent reviews that a thinner pasta choice would have been more ideal.
I recommend getting a don or pasta each and the sando to share, which would be just right for two.
Intending to be back here soon. Service was prompt. Very much prefer this place to their sister cafe, the refinery.
Miso buta don is delicious. The grilled pork belly (from Hokkaido) is very soft and juicy, and the sauce enhances the taste. Simple combo with veggie and Japanese rice. Mentaiko pasta is also delicious with fresh and tops with tasty Hokkaido scallops sashimi. The mentaiko sauce is rich in taste and blend well with good amount of mentaiko.
Cold brew tea was rather bland and watery... The famous gyu katsu sando was very average as well, I ordered medium rare but it came more cooked then I would have liked. They obviously didn't rest the meat before cutting it and as a result, the beef bled into the bread making it turn bloody. The katsu batter was pale and not crispy, I feel it could have been better.
Loving this cafe that is one of my fave hood for coffee and food. One of the value for money and legit Gyu Santo you can get in Singapore. The rest of the items on the menu are equally tempting. But there is only so much I can order in one sitting. Other than the Santos, I highly recommend the Furi Fried Chicken as another must try. Cafe can get busy, try to make a reservation instead of walk-in. Bonus mention that they are pet friendly at the limited outdoor sittings.
Food - 4/5, decent good.
Service - 3.5/5. Normal.
Cost - 3.5/5. Standard cafe pricing, but Sando on the higher end.
Cleanliness - 4/5. Clean, will probably be great if there is soft background music.
Pretty filling sando and spam never goes wrong. Would be great if more cheddar cheese.
Nice mala pasta fusion.
New outlet in my neighbourhood. The Furi Fried chicken was nice, but the $26 Beef Sando was way undercooked. Barely chewable and cold in the middle. Was told after that there's a choice between medium raw and well done. Anyway, 3 stars for the chicken and the nice design/ambience.
The food and service here is superb! Came here with our toddler and the staff made sure he was well-taken care of, with a complimentary babycino! The Otah sando was really special too. So be prepared to wait if you come during peak hours so try to make reservations instead!
This cafe is new and has grown in popularity really quickly, though it's easy to see why. The nondescript decor is part of its minimalist, no-frills charm and I admire the String shelves (which I personally own) as well as the trinkets displayed that let you in on the core values that the owners hold dear.
The coffee was great, not too acidic and just the way I like it. The sandos are the highlight of the cafe, with choice meats and cuts that are chewy, moist and not too tough. I ordered the Katsu Sando with a side of the Tater tots and was surprised at how a touch of furikake and seaweed can lend such a robust flavour to the plain ol' tater tots.
I can't wait to return, especially to try out the Otah Sando, which was supposed to be the star of the show.
Please make reservations if you don't want to be disappointed.
Book a reservation if you want to seat indoors. ~90min seating time due to the limited space. Their gyu sando is a must try and the miso bunta don is another solid choice too. The other Don buri combos are much less exciting for the taste buds though they do still taste good, just not particularly memorable. Pair your food with some sake or mead - it's one of the handful of places that have mead so it's worth a try. The gooseberry mead we tried was pretty good, with a distinct honey smell, taste wise it was much milder and leans on the sweet side (it's made from honey after all), though I couldn't taste much of the gooseberry.
It was pretty crowded at 2pm in the afternoon on a friday, so maybe it would be good to make reservations to secure a table.
Terayaki chicken sando was pretty good (not really fatty), also added on the tater tots, which was okay (i mean it is what it should taste like since it didn't came with any sauce or anything).
But honestly the iced Matcha latte was underwhelming (too sweet for me and couldn't really taste the Matcha).
Good quality Sandos Props to Dave, the waiter who served us for the night was extremely hospitable and gave insightful recommendations. Excellent customer service paired on top of great food. High recommend and would come back again!
Visited the Upper Thompson outlet. Generally food was okay but pretty pricey. Drinks and fried chicken were not bad but the beef sandwich was disappointing - the meat was very tough and rare that I could barely finish the meal.
The food here is definitely on the pricier side but it is worth all the extra dollars and cents because of how good the food was! Everything my table ordered was well seasoned and cooked. The menu also has a pretty decent variety of food, drinks, and desserts.
Water was served to the table the moment we sat down and was continued to be refilled without our asking until we left. This is a testament to their standard of service.
Overall, the place is highly recommended. Do make a reservation at least a couple of days or so before heading down. The wait for walk-ins can be pretty long during peak periods.
Not pictured but ordered: truffle fries, Kinoko pasta, and miso buta don. All great choices.
Enjoyed the mentaiko pasta and white coffee with oat milk. Best oat milk version I've ever tasted -- coffee is not bitter and not overpowering. Staff were also mindful enough to remind that the mentaiko pasta has raw scaĺlops. Overall, a lovely time spent! Only downside is the place is small, and there is pressure to vacate once you're down, or your 90 mins is up.
The food was so good!! I had the teriyaki sando and it was really well done, all ingredients tatsed extremely fresh and high quality. My friends also had the pasta and the truffle sando which both said was really good too. Would definitely come again, the ambiance was also very chill and clean! There's also a nearby bus stop and MRT station (TE) Staff were really friendly too. 10/10 experience!
Very filling breakfast.
Ordered tamago sando. ($14)
Japanese milk toast, egg mayo and and onsen egg + Macha latte. The egg sandwich is just your normal mayo egg, bread has hint of sweetness.
Total damage $22 🤭
I believe e torter harshbrown should b good, maybe will b back for it. Overall a tad pricier side, but that’s my personal opinion.
Did not made any reservations and luckily I still manage to get an outdoor sitting. Otherwise indoor vibes is more cafe feel.
Was expecting greater things from the Gyu Sando but it just fell short of the five stars I thought I would have given it.
Real tough on some parts of both half of the sandwich.
Other than that, great experience and still given a four star review given that I might have gotten the rare one that wasn’t as good.
A nice cafe, with an interesting menu choices. Nicely decorated inside, food quite good as well.
I love tom yum. Made well, I can not get enough of it. The tom yum somen here are highlight. Delicate and refreshing, just right for a lazy hot day.
Must try their collaboration item with FRIENDStoKEEP! I hope they can consider keeping the avocado smoked salmon sando on the menu. The ricotta cheese matches well with the egg, smoked salmon, and avocado.
They close relatively early in my own opinion, do consider somewhere else to chill after brunch on a weekday.
Hard to get seats. Make sure you make a reservation. Otherwise you will be frustrated with the wait. Wondering why the prices for food are so high. Probably will go again but just for the ambience and a drink. Food too pricey.
Tried the Sando (sandwich). Never knew sandwich could taste so yummy. A bit pricey though and limited seats. Good service.
Food was not bad, service was prompt. Order food at counter and they serve you shortly. Only complain was it might get kind of noisy during the peak hours.
First dining experience here. Cosy and comfortable for a family outing. Paid around $130 for 3 sandos (with tater tots), 1 fries, 1 Shibuya toast and a hot latte.
quite overpriced and long waiting time, abt 40 min for food to arrive. maybe it was a friday evening so i guess i can understand. 3 sandwiches, 1 dessert and 1 side = $100. the shibuya toast was the best item, super crunchy and delicious bread. overall was not too bad of an experience, but would only visit once in a blue moon.
Genmaicha latte and yuzu tea is good. Quite a nice atmosphere to dine in but can be very crowded around lunch time.
Go there for the ambiance, that's about it. Food was so-so, I had the tamago sandwich which contained hanjuku egg from a convenience store that we're familiar with... After sales service is very slow, please reply to my email regarding a payment error, thank you
Visted ard 2.30pm and it's still relatively full. Luckily we have a table available outside. Just don't like the big green dustbin so near to me...And rainwaters will fly in a bit when the wind blows (can't be helped)
The ice latte is surprisingly fragrant and light? stomach don't feel heavy after drinking it.
Bitter and acidity are well balanced! Will come again for the coffee!
Tater tots are okay. The sauce tasted like mentaiko sauce but greyish brown in colour.
Pasta was okay, still have to wait 15mins even though make a reservation. Will try the sandwich next time
Go for the Gyu Sando, and Tom yum somen. You won’t regret it!
Food was too overpriced at this Sando place
Ala carte gyu sando is $26 without any sides. Teriyaki Chicken is $15
Sides are add on for $4 for fries and $5 for tater tots. Meh
Glad I followed reccomendations to try the Katsu Sando. Was not disappointed, portion was large and food was really juicy and flavorful!
Will be back to try more of the menu!
Very good Japanese sandwiches, large portions, and the dining environment is very beautiful. The pork chop sandwich goes well with sauce and fruit, but the pork is a little tough, which is a pity. The steak sandwich is a whole piece of beef, medium rare and very pink and juicy, but it may be Australian beef, and the aroma of the beef is not very obvious.
The matcha latte is very delicious, highly recommended!
