Reviews of Ice Lab (Bugis)
Milktea : sweet, good complex combination, the almond, granola, milk tea flavor compliment each other perfectly.
Ojicha: for greentea lovers, it’s great the red bean and almond compliments each other.
Oreo: sweet, and creamy, for oreo lover it’ll taste as good as what you expect on the photo.
Watermelon: sweetness overload, the watermelon fruit mixed with the milk will make it fresh and sweet.
Tiramisu: sweetness, smell, and little bit of bitterness, for tiramisu lover, they’ll like it.
Mango: smells good, the mango is a good mango, i’ve tasted other store’s mango before it’s not this creamy.
THX for creating this.
Atmosphere was great.
Looks and feel cozy.
Dessert place that always come up to my mind.
All the food here also tastes good.
The sticky date toffee pudding is the best! They have a lot of drinks variety. We have tried iced passionfruit, sunrise and sunset drink. The drinks are a bit too sweet for me. But over all it was good. The place was quite pack as well.
Bustling Korean dessert cafe along Bugis street, serving bingsu, toast and shakes. We ordered the family set ($38) which comes with 1 bingsu, 1 toast and 2 drinks. We had injolme, honey toast w caramel, blueberry drink and mango drink. Bingsu and toast are really good, but the drinks aren’t worth the calories. Overall, good find. We waited for 20mins+ to get a seat on a Friday evening.
A place to stop by in Bugis for korean bingsoo!
Trying the yoghurt bingsoo this time and we love it! The taste really suit its presentation. Although it’s more towards the milk than the yoghurt, but it’s pretty much still blends very well altogether without being too sweet.
Been thrice coming here, and the aircon is just too strong. Ended up leaving soon after we’re finished with our desserts. Not a really comfy place to have long catching up session with friends.
But, definitely will come back and give a try for other flavors!

layers of fillings hidden generously in the ice, and delicious milky flavour! drinks were too ex for its quality but bingsu is good, just that the fruits taste soggy and the flavoured powder too artificial for me hahaha. staff also tried to manage the table space by preventing people from rearranging the shop or squeezing with other customers :) great service and food in general, save for the expected waiting time on a busy day!
The service was good, efficient and the Oreo Bingsu that I had was soo good!! The portion was generous and the milk ice and everything was delicious!! You just need to be caring when pouring the milk onto the Bingsu as the ceramic holder that it was in did not have a stout and was challenging to pour without spilling the milk outside of the bowl.
I've found a new supper place! Wow, I can't stop thinking about ICELab and Little house of Dreams. It's possible I need to alternate days and then hit the gym in between.
Ice lab! First, the lattes are amazing. So smooth, well flavored, sweet, but not too sweet and are a perfect match for the Bingsu. From the mysterious Injeolmi latte to the unexpected coconut to the purple sweet potato each is unique and earns it's own place in my memory.
The bingsu selection is incredible, I haven't even started! The red bean, wow, then the Injeolmi, yum!
I haven't tried the Injeolmi toast yet... I'll be back!
The seats and area was quite dirty. There was hair and dust on the seats & tables.
The restaurant is quite big many tables a lot of seats spread across the whole place. Food was ok, not the best bingsu. It’s pretty normal..
The ice here are decent but the price is steeper. The service here is definitely slow as there’s only one staff doing the ice and ordering. I like their green tea ice as it is not too sweet.
I visited here again with my family two days after the first visit.
The special Ramen- noodle was absolutely delicious.
Should I say it's addictive?
My daughter also couldn't stop eating the noodle.
I strongly recommend you to try it.
Plus Bingsu was excellent as it was based on rich-milk ice.
Big bowl of Bingsu.. I mean the size.. surprised me again.
The price is also reasonable.
Here is really hot place of Singapore!
Cozy place good for desserts after dinner. Bingsu available in small single servings and to share. The waiter can take a chill pill though
Delicious snow ice and very nice presentation
However the store is freezing and very noisy when we were there around 11:30pm
This place is a bit sad.. I'm not sure why. There are no crowds on a Friday evening and we were the only ones around. The server at the cashier was playing mobile game on his phone. What happened to the Bingsoo craze?
Anyway, the portion was alright though the price is on the high side. There were not a lot of toppings though.. so i guess the price is driving people off?
Anyway I won't go back again.. my 2nd and last visit.
Okay I guess. Some of the bingsus are not so special but come with a hefty price tag. The oreo bingsu is an example, it is literally ice topped with crushed oreo bits and an oreo, which gets monotonous after a while.
The green tea bingsu is one of the better ones: it has green tea powder with a small tang of bitterness which keeps things interesting, green tea ice cream which is not too sweet, as well as red bean which adds nicely to the sweetness of the overall dish.
place is clean and the bingsu was good. the tap for the sink is broken though(still can be used) it's very aesthetic and plays bts songs😎
Really great place if you have a sugar tooth and a wholesome portion 🤩 probably some of it is ment for sharing 😂 and huge 👏 for the presentation 🥳
Nice and friendly service with beautiful interior! They also had free Kpop freebies by the entrance for taking and a frame of EXO's signatures. The Orea Bingsu was delicious, consisting of oreo and mini marshmello toppings.
As the name suggests, the place was freezing cold! Got their set which consists of a drink, cake and mini bingsu. The vanilla latte was surprisingly good, not too sweet, bingsu was alright but I personally might prefer oma spoon. Red velvet cake would be better if it was less dry.
I was searching for a good Bingsu place that is worth the money paid (there another nearby that really disappointed). The Bingsu here exceeds my expectations!
note to ICE LAB: the traffic light is a great idea for sharing but I think It'd make more sense to shave a little more ice four each bowl 😃
Visited over the weekend and - Wow I was totally blown away by how good this tastes! Defo my new fav! Best bingsu ever! I really love how it isn't overly sweet and the textures of the ingredients make the whole experience so much more indulging. Don'y be fooled by the simple appearance! Must-try!
Delicious bingsu great for sharing. Nice flavour combinations at a reasonable price. Nice place to take a rear after shopping in orchard Somerset area
Watermelon bingsu is very nice even though when you are full.
Good experience during the Covid-19 period, it was slightly crowded due to the limitation of 50 pax and the waiting time was 20 mins. Seem pretty short handed too. However the staff was nice enough to afford a replacement of my spilled drink despite not expecting it. Felt bad for both the staffs there as they were busy and still have to rush the orders and mop the spill drinks despite having to do many stuff. Ordered the oreo bingsu, mango bingu, strawberry snowshake and two of the lattes. really love the snowshake ! really yummy, however the place is slightly small and does not accommodate to much people during peak hours. Recommended to go if you are at Bugis area and craving for bingsu :)
Tried the milk tea bignsu and Injeolmi toast, both were better than expected. The place was cozy, well decorated and great spot for a hot weather like Singapore!
Really nice ice cream and desserts. Service was basic and self service. The atmosphere really let this place down which is a big shame as the food is something to rave about.
There was a strong chemical smell throughout the place - like a cross between disinfectant and artificial room scents. It was bad. Especially for a place that sells food. Let the food speak! It was also a bit dirty and the lighting didn’t help. Music was too loud. We changed seats 3 times. Mostly to get away from the smell (worse at the back) and for me at least, the dingy lighting.
Great place for food. Could be so much better with very little effort.
The watermelon and choc bingsu is the best i ever tasted.. 🤩🤩🤩 but q was so long and had to put name on waitlist.. diners were inconsiderate... and continued sitting on even though they can see so many ppl waiting outside..
One of the best bingsu place. Large serving. 2 pax can share 1 normal bingsu.
That’s always a stench smell each time we patronised. Thank goodness the BINGSU are nice . Otherwise, we won’t revisit the cafe .
The oreo bingsu is super nice !! Minus one star for the speed. I truly think they need to hire more ppl because the dishes are piled up so highly.
i really recommend all of you guys to go there and try the bingsu and drinks!! especially the service which is the best !!. I really want to thank the worker that work today .. i spilled my drink today and make a mess on the floor but instead of being angry at us they help us to mop the floor and kindly ask if we are okie .. after helping to mop they offer me another drinks since i didn't drank the drinks and i really appreciate that offer because i was quite angry at myself for making a mess !! thank you so much !! :)))
The bingsoo here is alright. I love that the snow is powdery and its overall not too sweet.
However, upon entering the store, we were hit with a really strong stench. I saw many customers leaving the store because of it. Although it is bearable after some time, it definitely leaves a bad first impression.
The outlet is quite noisy too perhaps because of the echo. So wouldn’t really recommend coming here if you’re looking to wind down.
shop till you drop in orchard but don't drop just anywhere...drop in for a quick cold bingsu. decent selection but get a place to sit may be a challenge during prime time
Cozy atmosphere and lovely ambiance! Definitely returning!
Bingsu is delicious, price is exorbitant, cleaniness is trash where ants are everywhere.
The bingsu was too sweet and I’ve had better…
A typical Bingsu cafe to visit if you're in the area and looking for a sweet and cold dessert to sooth your palette. It's a quaint little outlet so there's not many seats available, especially when it gets crowded. Bingsu prices are around $15, and comes in a reasonable portion size, good to share for 2-3 people. The bingsu also taste not bad but may be a little sweet and tastes less milky.
Great place for supper ! Healthier range of desserts. Totally love the ambience . I went around 10:30pm which wasn't crowded and ample of space available. Avoid peak hours if you want to avoid the crowd. Bingsoo here is good. Will definitely visit again ! Great place for dates & gatherings ;)
We are many times both here and the branch at orchard. Prefer the Orchard one. Think need to lower down the price as there is more competition now.
2 days back when we ordered Strawberry Bingsu at this branch Bugis: there is no cake at the bottom (usually there is)...
But my girls still like the smooth milk shaved ice. Hope to see better price soon.
Been here twice and both did not disappoint. Love the toast, bingsu and coffee set. A good place to park yourself during hot sweltering day.
Neat and clean space. Spacious and an ideal location for cold desserts while catching up with friends and family. First time we had both Oreo bingsu and the recommended injeolmi bingsu. One bingsu sharing with 2 people is just enough.
Its really near bugis, and the shop has alot of seats, quite empty when i went on a Tuesday evening, tried the bingsu the other time it was quite normal, the bread on the other hand is super sweet and dry, it was so hard to finish, wouldn't recomend.
The environment there is very pleasant! Staff are friendly and efficient in everything they do. The appearance of the bingsoo is very appealing, and the fact that their flavour is mixed together with the bingsoo makes it really special and unique! Would definitely go back again👍
Branded Bingsu from S Korea! Good for groups, policy is to order first before the staff allocate you a table. A selection of Bingsu is available, we ordered the yogurt and the mango flavours. Both were refreshing, though a little sweet! The yogurt bingsu is interesting, do pour the yogurt over the Bingsu before eating. The strawberries in the Mango Bingsu were thinly sliced and candied! Overall a nice place for dessert post dinner.
Nice cool K Pop hangout bingsu cafe....q..Will visit again with k pop outfit and make up....Thanks..
Pricey, that's all, but nice that they had non-spicy ramen, tasted great, blue water was sweet too
My fav hot vanilla late
Opened by Korean comedian Shin Jung-Hwan, this spacious cafe serves the trendy bingsu, or shaved ice filled with fruits and toppings. Chockful of teenagers, the cafe also serves items popular with youths like churros and toast.
Very smooth ice. Find the soy flavour ice to sweet
The space is great.. Spacious and comfortable (on a good day when it's not too overcrowded!). Good selection of bingsu and generally pretty good.
Really like the service there because Erica is so friendly! Bingsu is nice too! Highly recommended:)
This tastes nicer than others that I've tried. Not too sweet, which might not be enough for some with heavy taste buds.
Nice place to enjoy desert but place is a bit difficult ro reach. Unfortunately the outlet at 313 was closed.
all binsoo is very nice
Bingsu is delicious, I've eaten it twice.
The best flavor is the purple sweet potato bingsu, which must be eaten with the chocolate lava cake.
All menus are so tasty and love to listen K-pop! Kids love this place!!!! It’s so delicious~ It reminds me of Korea!!
I think this is the most delicious shaved ice I've had in Singapore. The store is clean and white, and you order in front and then take it to yourself. Snow is falling little by little from the bear shape in the center, and I don't think it would be a bad idea to take a picture. Iljeolmi shaved ice recommendation...
Too much cream and little sauce. Only 3 people can eat it. The mango taste is not delicious in my personal opinion
Refreshing, delicious, plentiful, and the best
The shaved ice is delicious and the atmosphere is nice. I like the interior. The service is also great!
I went to Singapore and sweated it out, but it's closed on Monday... ㅜㅜ I'll go again next time, Jeonghwan hyung.
