My grandson, a 11 year old bought a soft drink and was charged $2.80. And later when he went to get an extra cup with ice, another $0.50. Either the shop is selling at exorbitant prices, cheating or our economy is a runaway inflation. Either way I am never patronising Kaffe Toast.

Beef/chicken boat noodle is decent. Mee siam is also ok. It’s hard to find cheap food in this hospital, even at Kou Fu.

Toast is not toasted well, still a bit soft. Kaya was a bit suspicious and chunky.. butter was a small piece to show that there is butter.

The toast they served was on point – perfectly toasted, with a satisfying crunch and that amazing buttery smell that got me drooling. Their drinks were no joke either, with a wide variety of tasty options that hit the spot and paired perfectly with the grub.

Like most bakeries, most items are sweet, creamy and with mayo, which might spoil in our hot and humid weather.. not my choice. More savoury, plain or simple varieties will be a healthier choice.. Just my preference.

Food and drinks are not bad and not overpriced. Great variety of food and drinks also beyond simple coffee and toast. Only deducting a star because the dine in environment keeps attracting lots of flies

Food is not so great. Rendang chicken has no rendang taste but just pure spicy. Likewise for Thai chicken. Blant white rice. Plastic utensils. Not the ideal cafe feel I like. Proper utensils are key to completing the dining experience and this isn't quite environmentally friendly. Cups are disposable plastic cups plastic handles even for dine in. Lots of wastage over time. Drinks are OK, Thai ice milk tea comparable to standards of tuktukcha..

For good breakfast options i prefer Kaffe & Toast, i'm always spoilt for choices at their menu.! Not even Ya Kun Toast can beat this (my personal opinion though)
