Reviews of Loyang Way Food Village
Big prawn noodles is impressive. Chicken rice is crowd favourite. Roast meat stall has gud service, with well roasted meats and substantially stocked soup for free. Unfortunately, drinks stall only has basic drinks, but adequate for busy people, I suppose.
Plenty of good food here. Highly recommended. Have a look at my photos. All stalls are good.
Prawn noodles are good, Chap Cai Peng stalk also filled with variety for dishes to choose from. Fried Chicken Wings from Nasi Lemak/fried Beehoon Mee stall is one the best Fried chicken Wings I ever had. Coffee from drink stall is also good.
Went there during lunch hour crowd, carpark was almost full. Wanted to try the prawn noodle but needs time and patience. I have queued for 30 mins and there's still 12 persons ahead of me. Looks yummy though, will come back earlier on my next visit.
Came here this morning for my favourite bowl of prawn noodles. Love at First Bite ever since I happened to be here and gave it a try.
The prawn noodle shop never fails to impress. Always good with the same standard. Lost count how many times I've been eating at this shop. Always order the dry beehoon and yellow noodle prawn.
One of the few big kopitiams where almost all stalls serve good food. I think most people would have been here to try the big prawn noodles, which has gathered fanfare. I like it too. My best recommendation would be the fish soup from the stall Fish82. Fish soup is consistently good, and ingredients are always fresh. Must try the clams soup too, very good serving size and packed with umami. The wanton noodles stall is nice too. Next time I will try the chicken rice stall, which also has a long queue.
The U-mee at homemade noodles stall is surprisingly good. Broth has umami. It is very healthy as they give a lot of vegetables.
Enjoy the foods overthere when going over to Loyang way even during weekends...
No air con but good variety of food avail. expect the place to be packed if you're coming at lunchtime. try those stalls that have long queues
Usual type of eating place, found across Singapore but here, there is a big prawn noodle store that serves a very delicious bowl of prawn noodles. The soup tastes fantastic, pork ribs are tender and the prawns are of middle sized rather than those big ones.
Very tasty prawn noodle!
Great fish soup, prawn noodles, roasted meat and fruit juice here but not open on the weekends just take note of that
Free parking but crowded during peak hours. Good place for noodles lovers as at least 6 or 7 stalls selling noodle dishes.
There are quite a few shops that worth trying. The Char Siew & Roasted Pork; The Fishballs noodle, Wanton noodles and the curry mixed rice. Try to go earlier.
Crowded place and there are nothing much there. Carpark is also a problem during lunch time. Drinks.are relatively expensive. Special treatment to old Customer. New customer will have to wait your turn. Place is hot in the noon time even if the sun do not shine 8nto the coffee shop
So many stalls with good food. Especially recommend fish soup stall n roast meat stall. Also great wanton mee.
Far but good prawn mee. Very good soup
Very out of the way canteen. Won't visit if not in the vicinity.
Many varieties of Chinese food available in this hawkers centre. Out of the 12 stalls of food only one halal stall.
Good food, many stalls but parking lots are not enough.
Lots of food choices.
Must definitely order the prawn noodles!
Not much parking lots but hey it is free! Difficult to drive in the narrow driveway especially near lunch time.
Love the prawn noodle here. Nice selection of food
A convenient place for meals & shopping. Less crowded except peak hours.
Great place n good food. Crowded during lunch time n free parking.
The BEST roast pork rice can be found here.
