So while I appreciate the fact that they are open early at 10am instead of 11am like other salad shops in the area, it’s obvious due to their shortage of staff (only 1 poor frazzled lady doing everything), menu could be limited because of this. I wanted a set but was informed that there was NO soup of the day or any kind of soup even though it’s on the menu that boasts 5 types of soups. There was sizzling and sloshing in the kitchen even before I sat in the empty shop, so I am assuming she is preparing everything (maybe soup for later). Food came quickly since I was the only one there. Vege portion is so so but it’s fresh and the ample portioned herb infused chicken was slightly warm but really dry. Would I come back again? Probably not but if anyone is in the area and wants a salad at 9am, it offers enough to satisfy (except for anyone that wants soup). When I finished my meal, the person whom I assume is the owner came in with her kid. She arranged the drinks in the chiller and her daughter changed the flowers and water in the vases. Then they sat in the corner of the shop, opened their laptops and did their own thing. I guess customer service and feedback is not their thing. So let me just post this here. Perhaps some improvement is needed cos there are better shops around.

They used to be good with decent pricing. Now if you want a salad with two proteins it’s easily costs you 18$ or above. Too expensive! You have better options around

Their salads were decently priced and the portion was very generous! Loved their grilled chicken and overall the food tasted very fresh. Do take note they do seem understaffed and it does take a while for your order to be prepared during the lunch crowd. But nonetheless, the staff was very amicable and did give us an heads up too!
