grateful for staff. i accidentally split my drink in store and instead of losing patience the guy attending to me said it was alright and offered to make another drink. keep up the amazing service and will be coming back again :)

This place has excellent service! Had a injury on my hand and cashier noticed. Took the time from her day just to help me wash my injury and give me handiplasts to apply for me. Such good service and workers!

Yummy and cheap ice cream. The cone was very crispy and nice as well. Bubble tea was also not bad. Will return for more.

Very cool, nearby a lot of schools. Will see a lot of xmm and xdd or abg and abb cuz got basketball court and library which a lot of students go there and study and lepak. And since it’s near the eoy period, can see a lot of students there.

This is the place to be at punggol. The drinks and service are top notched. Was craving bubble tea but cant find in whole of onepunggol until Mixue opened

Michelle is pretty good, but the staff at this branch are average. They will miss orders, and when they are tired, they will show off their attitude to customers. But forget it, I would still have an attitude if I was so tired. The job is not easy. Missed the order again, 😅
