Reviews of Muji cafe & Meal 100AM
Just love it!! The caffe is in the store! As a fan of muji I was very excited to try the coffe! Is a bit expensive, yes. But they gave me an offer of milk tea and a pastry for 10$. So it was worth it! Very good place to work and study! I did enjoy my time there and definitely will go again back!
Promotion of desert or drink with set meal. Dishes generally great tasting. Queue of customers for Sunday lunch but no issues with seats with spacious dining environment
Was having dinner with my hubby at this Muji cafe. Would like to commend on the excellent customer service rendered by the store supervisor, Ms Winnie Toh, as well as the head chef, Mr Yong. Not only are they friendly, they also demonstrated great customer service in service recovery over a small hiccup in our meal experience.
We were pleasantly surprised at how important they viewed our feedback. Chef Yong even personally came by our table to check on our meal experience and offered us free cakes. We felt their sincerity and kudos 👏👏to Muji for having such great staffs in their store.
We are definitely for sure going back to this store for our next meal fix. The good customer service from both of them indeed help to salvage the issue and regain our confidence in Japan service culture as demonstrated by the staffs in Muji AM100 mall.
Good experience! Fast and prompt customer service, the food was alright. They had a nice variety of drinks. Atmosphere mirrored that of the Muji Store and was nice and welcoming. Full house during lunch time on weekdays but didn’t have to wait for a seat.
Average Experience
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐
I recently dined at Muji Cafe at 100 AM, and I must say that my experience was rather average.
The food left something to be desired as it arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing. The pricing, too, felt a bit on the expensive side, especially considering the quality. The soda, priced at $7, didn't quite justify its cost.
On the positive side, the cafe's location is quite convenient, being close to the MRT and other shopping centers. The cozy ambiance adds to the overall appeal.
However, I found the broccoli to be quite tough to chew, and the chicken dish was only passable in terms of taste.
In summary, Muji Cafe offers a comfortable location but falls short in terms of food quality and value for money.
Did not try the Muji Cafe at this branch but the quality of food should not defer from the rest of the branches. Big Muji shop here at 100AM. There is many snacks sold here than other Muji branches in Singapore. It sells a range of essential oils and accessories too - which is wonderful. This Muji stall is at the highest floor in 100AM shopping mall. Nice place to be in.
Came here near to closing time. Quick dinner, and my dinner portion was small. "Healthier" rice option. The hot Matcha latte was too thick for my taste and brought back for others to consume (takeaway cup costs $0.50).
Had the circle "Healthy Tofu Patty with Shiitake Mushroom Sauce" and from outlook it's dry. Was eating midway when "heard" a crunch like biting on a "stone". Had to spit it out and apparently, the sound was "loud" to be also heard by my dining companion. Informed the cashier and chef, and we could not fathom as the sound was not from egg shell. My companion told a lady staff who at least apologised and offered us a slice of cake as apology. I will definitely avoid this dish.
Come earlier to this place, to reserve a table first before you order, then proceed to order. The price of food ranges from 1 hot + 1 cold dish to three dishes hot or cold, adding a drink will cost 4-5 bucks average.
The set with the hot dish curry chicken is quite nice. Highly recommended, but if you are tempted to have special drinks, please see the menu or you can finish the food to go down to dondondonki to get drinks. Just a suggestion for consumer who wants to save more eating out.
[Updated 15 Dec 2024] They did away the app ordering system and returned to its root. Very happy with the experience now. Thank you!

The MUJI experience is ruined by the new ordering system.
Customers are asked to use the website to order, but the web design was badly done. The UX was confusing from the start to the end, from choosing the items up to making payment. Logging in for MUJI passport holders took a lot of effort and time because you have to create a new account. So you have to key in your personal details and your MUJI ID. Then, you key in your OTP. Then, you have to add in your credit card details. There is no Apple Pay or GPay.
In the end, my payment didn’t went through and I had to walk to the counter to order instead. Total waste of time. It was really frustrating when people were already hungry.
Collection of order was also another painful experience as the collection counter is so small and only 1 order can be picked up at a time. It becomes a problem when the person before you didn’t pick up his order.
Delicious. Can get packed at lunch time. Got the 1 cold+ 1 hot dish $13.80 and matcha latte $6.50. With drinks you can order the cakes at half price.
Cool and relaxed place to rest from the Singapore heat. The cafe is quite spacious and right next to the shop.
Was there on Sunday morning and I'm surprised local families go there for weekend brunch too because this building is almost empty when comes to weekend. Then it gets a little busy and noisy with all the kids and families. Dishes were ok
It’s average and i don’t find anything special about it. Food has been pre-cooked and slightly ‘healthier’ option. For the same price i would rather opt for freshly cooked meal. The vibe is nice and peaceful.
Favourite comfort food place.
My usual order is the 2 deli set with onsen egg, 16 grain rice and carrot cumin soup.
For the cold deli and hot deli, this time I ordered Orecchiette Pasta and Mushroom Salad in Truffle Ranch Dressing (very nice especially if you like truffle) and Kohi Pork & King Oyster Mushroom (top favourite hot deli menu).
Very quiet little cafe and great recommendation from the staff on the milk tea - it was fragrant and had a light sweetened taste, which complemented the apple rhubarb tart
Located on the 4th floor of the shopping mall. Food was decent but slightly pricey. I had dinner on Tuesday evening and it was quite empty, so it was a good atmosphere.
Never had a better meal in a while
Fresh ingredients cooked just right
Carrot soup roast duck prawns with crunchy broccoli sea bass and grain rice finished with Hokkaido cheese cake and plum drink
26 sgd. would pay any day for quality food
Only thing is that portions are small so if u are a big eater you may have to add on another Alacarte
I only had a matcha latte and it was good. Thick and not too sweet.
This store gives you smaller portion compared to other muji cafes. Kind stingy n im still feel hungry even after three deli meal.
Nice chilled place
