For those who are looking for Brown Sugar but cannot find it, it is actually NCT Cafe y'all! 😆 The cafe is just next to Hotel 81 Balestier. This place is perfect for you who are looking for delish food and cozy place. The aunty and uncles are very warm and welcoming. Full of smile and totally helpful if you are not familiar with the menu. Some menus are not available until lunch. Hope to visit this cafe again! ❤️❤️❤️

A cozy hole in the wall cafe serving some amazing food. The owners are delightful and always greet you with a smile. The vermicelli soup and iced tea are an absolute winner and a must order.

First time having my breakfast here. The coffee is nice and the bread is better than the famous one. The most pleasing is that you can choose sunny side up or scrambled eggs. The staff even check if we want it less oily. Very please with this cafe.

A small & cozy neighbourhood cafe with very warm & welcoming faces managing the place. We have managed to become great friends with them :) We go down for tea and toast usually. It was one of the best tea I have had in Singapore. Their sesame noodles is a hit as well. Clean and quiet a blissful place.

Enjoyable experience. Brown Sugar bubble milk tea is a must try! Pork rice is flavorful with soft and thinly sliced pork. Revisited and the customer service has turned horrible. No smiles when taking order and very cranky.

I walked in this cafe after long walk, they welcomed me like a friend. I ordered dalgona coffee, they made it nice slowly and it was good! Friday staff:) I’ll visit again!

If you’re looking for kind and sweet service come here! I had the ham and egg sandwich (vegetarian) and the bread was fluffy and soft. Family run cafe that has the loveliest brother sister owners. Highly recommend you try their food and drinks!

Its a wonderful cafe for usual breakfast bites and there are vegetarian food too. Please do not think the taste will be compromised as it tastes really good! The owner and staffs are really friendly. Location wise it was tucked in a corner away from street view. Just look for Rocca Balestier and it is right opposite. Will definitely make this place a regular breakfast place to go. 👍👍👍👍

Me and my husband stumbled across this hidden gem and have fallen in love with their Kaya Toast and amazing tea. Being tourists, we appreciated the staff introducing us to Kaya and the different types of tea. It's been a favourite so far and we highly recommend anyone visiting and try their menu - they also do Nasi Lemak and other choices for lunch/dinner. Edit Nov 2022: we came back!! We came for the duck special and their gorgeous tea and Kaya toast. It was incredible. I really wish we lived closer because there is such a lovely sense of community here and the staff are WONDERFUL.

Came in on a weekday late morning. Situated opposite rocca balestier building. We are the only customer in this posh cafe. My wife likes the tea in the toast set. Fantastic environment. Lovely attention to details. A good place to sit and chill.

Brown sugar is good well decorated place to on the way drop by for a drink and a fast bite or lazy yourself chit chat with friends is a ideal place, and pearl milk shake, or a grass jelly milk to cool yourself on hot weather and the staff have friendly excellent services to make your days.The bus-stop is 30 feet away for your convenient to hop into another destination extremely easy.
