Came here without any expectations given that Pazzion is mainly known for their shoes (until now!) We were pleasantly surprised by the food offerings. The mains were well plated and delicious. The Grilled pork chop was juicy and the Cold truffle pasta had strong truffle notes throughout. If you have space for desserts, do try their French toast which was topped with chocolate wafer cubes, nuts and fresh figs to balance the sweetness 👌 Definitely not your average cafe food!

Went here for brunch with friends, good atmosphere and quiet. I ordered a coffee which came quickly and was really well made. The milk was very well steamed for oat milk. I got the berry waffles while my friends got the eggs benedict. Food was okay, definitely a little overpriced but good presentation. We got the cheese fries which the chefs forgot about but after we asked they came quickly, that’s no big deal it happens🤷‍♀️ The only problem we came across was that there was a bug in my food, i’ve attached screenshots of a video i took. To be honest I wasn’t too worried because i’m sure it was just from the berries which might not have been washed correctly. I didn’t mention anything to the people working there because it wasn’t too big of a deal. We also got free cups which were nice. I probably would come again, just maybe for a coffee and not for the food because it is quite expensive.

Came her for coffee and dessert after dinner. Not much cake choices left at 8.30pm on a Saturday. Staff were not friendly. Had the Matcha Azuki cake and don’t find it nice. Only thing is that it is not sweet.

had the cold truffle pasta and beef burger for our mains. the pasta looked super good but portion was tiny! truffle was a bit overdone too and for $22 i wouldve expected to feel full from it alone yet i was still starving.. the beef burger was really good tho such a thick patty. sauce for the burger was great too! 10/10 for the yuzu pomegranate ade as well looks and taste wise

Pretty good cafe food but prices are steep, understandable because it is located in Ngee Ann City. It's at B1, near the B2 fountain, not in Takashimaya. Blueberry yogurt cake (sgd5.5) was good, so was matcha latte (sgd6.5). Service was adequate, ambience was good. Minus one star for not serving water and for needing to order at cashier. For the price, should have table service. Neighbouring table ordered fries, which was quite a huge portion. Will be back to try the sandwiches and other coloured latte drinks.

Surprisingly good burger, wasn’t expecting it to be so delicious since they seem like a clothing store rather than a cafe. For $50, we ordered 2 burgers and 1 kombucha. 1. Burger: good, can try. Only con is that they serve chips rather than fries. Well, deep frying is probably too hard to clean up. 2. Kombucha: tastes great but portion is too small. Whiskey ball is cool but doesn’t quench your thirst. Quaint and cozy cafe located at B1 of Jewel. Enjoy a peaceful meal right beside the waterfall.

Simply World Class ! who would expect a female shoe brand deliver such an authentic frenchasian inspited cousin ! and they hit the music note very very well tralalalala . ordered everyone favourite here beef cheek, mushroom soup, asian spice chicken, banana cake , mixed berries waffle and avocado gula melaka Beef cheek is probably the best you’ll find at this price point ! well done , mushroom soup is classic and cooked to perfection with some bits of to chew on, asian spice chicken is their interesting take on singaporr hainan chicken rice where they use quinoa here, for the desert both i tried , taste heavenly indeed, banana cake have a good moist and crunchiness as i bite into it, and mixed berries waffle is def an item you cant not order here !! If there’s one thing i dislike is the avocado gula melaka, i just think the combination doesnt work, well its personal preference since my other half loves it ! thanks Pazzion will be back :)

I came to Pazzion Cafe many times. The seating was so great at the corner with good view of the grand waterfall. The cakes were delicious especially the burnt cheesecake. The food was yummy too. I like the Egg Royale. Good it a try!

Friendly staffs with easy access location near to orchard mrt . Their ordering application is not functioning well for credit card payment, their staff will assisst to order at the cashier counter. Black Coffee is full of aroma. Their coffee bean selection is good. Beside the cafe is their shoe collection dsplay area. Good vibes for customers to relax and chill.

Visited on Sunday. Surprisingly it’s quiet. (It shouldn’t be good for them tho...) The staffs were friendly and good service. Desserts were nice. The latte were okay but I feel like it’s lacking of espresso for latte. It’s pretty milky. But overall it’s good. I will visit there gain when I go to jewel. Oh! They dont charge service tax. :)

Awesome food. Especially their dessert. Cold Truffle Pasta($18) was delicious. Wish have more. Black Pepper Crab Pasta($18) was alright. Nachos($8) for the itchy mouth. Desserts were given a generous slice and the pricing is okay. Burnt Cheesecake($6.50) Orange Triple Chocolate($5.50) So yummy the desserts.

Really loved the hojicha latte (iced)! The matcha latte was not bad too ~ I also liked the cold truffle pasta and the Caesar salad 🤩 Actually am very surprised that Pazzion’s food is actually great given that they are a retail brand.. Will definitely come back for the food!!!

Located conveniently, I stopped here for tea break after shopping. Had their banana cake which was a tad dry but still enjoyable, delicious mocha latte, and my friend had a pot of fruity tea. They have a good selection of drinks. What I was quite amazed by was the still water they sold. It's an atas brand of bottled still water at $5 per bottle (500ml), but the taste was really different. It was very clear and refreshing! Something surprising that I really enjoyed :) This is a good place to stop by if you're in the mall and looking for a place to have some food & drinks.

This review is for the outlet at Takashimaya. Clean and brightly lit. Service staff was also very attentive, courteous and friendly. What caught my eye was the display of pound cakes, generously sliced and not too crazy expensive. I got the blueberry yogurt cake to go, and it was packed neatly in a small brown paper bag. A little hard to carry around though as it gradually became stained with oil at the bottom. Hopefully, a small box can be provided instead :) As for the cake, it was lovely. The strusel on top was cinnamony, crunchy and delicious. The cake was a little dry, not as moist but I like it since it’s less oily. Will return to try the other cakes!

Another posh looking coffehouse nestled within the luxurious confines of the shopping mall, the café offers a welcome respite for those in need of a quick escape or a good resting spot for men to hang around while the other half gets busy with shopping list! What I personally think about the coffee? Not too bad but definitely not rhe best indeed. The espresso in the flat white lacked the depth and boldness that is usually sought after in this type of coffee. It didn't come as a surprise, since they are not so focused in the coffee products.

Initially sceptical about the food offerings since F&B is not its main focus, we were pleasantly surprised and really glad we gave it a shot. There wasn’t a queue and was offered a table swiftly. Since we already had a full brunch, we decided to get a dessert and coffee. The ice shaken americano was decent, the Queen’s French Toast was really good. The brioche toast was buttery and fluffy which went well with the selection of fruits provided. Would look forward to try their mains in the future.

+ve: Ample charging docks for that off-peak day long work. Staff respect your privacy. Reasonable Cold Brew coffee. They even had 1-for-1 pasta offer when we arrived (around 12pm) -ve: King Prawn Linguine NOT recommended. Prawns were not fresh. Pasta was too creamy beyond my liking.

Stopped ordering their food after witnessing the kitchen staffs are wearing half mask and singing and rapping into our food! They don’t even realise the customers are all staring at them. Since then we will pee into their kitchen if we want to order any food. Otherwise stick to their Coffee which is always good . Though price jumped considerably. Guess that’s hyper inflation if u are located along Orchard road.

We went there after seeing all the positive reviews and had high hopes for the food but tbh, the food was only so-so. I wouldn’t go as far as to call it great as what the other reviewers have shared. The food was pricey and portion was small. We ordered the Asian chicken, cold truffle pasta and crab salad. The crab salad had a good amt of crab meat but the entire dish was just rocket veg. Was quite surprised as a salad usually includes other types of veg and not just rocket? Hence you can imagine the taste was really quite bitter. Overall the food didn’t taste bad but it wasn’t great either. Wouldn’t be back again :(
