e.Tried the Tumeric Fried Chicken Nasi Lemak ($8.20) from Penang Chendul for dinner. I had to wait for the chicken to be fried even though there wasn't long queue.
The freshly fried chicken enhanced the Tumeric smell on its crisp skin. The thigh meat was juicy though the tumeric smell wasn't as pronounced. The chilli was more sweet than spicy but complements the thigh meat very well. The rice had mild fragrance but wasn't as fluffy as I hope.
Overall, I think this is a decent dish to try, worth a queue time between 5 and 10 minutes.
