The lady who attended to me on 11 jul 2024 ~11am was very thoughtful by wiping off the water from the cup exterior, and even went extra miles to close the cap tightly to ensure that my drink won't spill out 💕 thank you, it was a pleasant experience

Great brown sugar pearls and milk! Simply the best I have had among other brands. Minus 1 star because the staff left my order on the counter without calling my number.

Nice bubble tea but the most unfriendly staff ever. I've bought a few times and always been polite to her, but she has never even smiled once and basically just grunts or uses monosyllables in response.

Staffs are helpful and friendly, I tried the Coffee Cheese Boba drink. Very strong coffee taste, it drowns out the cheese taste and staffs told me that there’s brown sugar foam. Overall very sweet even for sweet tooth like me.
