Attended the Barista Skills Foundation class conducted by Darren to understand more about coffee and the work behind the machines. Learn so much from Darren! He is patient and friendly. The ratio of class is maximum 1:5 which I think this is a good ratio compared to others of 1:20. Definitely recommend this class to anyone who are interested in coffee!

Attended the SCA Barista Foundation Course taught by Darren and it was a pretty fun experience learning how to operate the espresso machine and making latte art! Class was interactive and fun and Darren is very knowledgable and able to answer burning questions about anything coffee. Appreciating coffee more after learning about its history and versatility. Highly recommend!

The SCA Barista Skills Foundation Class was an extremely fun and rewarding session. Content struck a good balance between depth and breadth, and the practical component provided ample opportunity to become comfortable with espresso brewing and latte art. Darren as a instructor was very patient, knowledgeable and passionate, and the small class size of 4 helped to facilitate a cosy and comfortable learning environment. In short - highly recommended!

Is a wonderful training with Darren. His explanation from theory to practical are details. A lot of hands on practicing. He covers everything from 9.30am -16.30pm and even extended 40mins extra more for extra Q&A patiently. I definitely enjoyed and highly recommend. Thank you "Darren"
