Had some time to burn. Dropped by this starbucks (must admit never my first choice for coffee fix). Was pleased with the nice courteous reception from the cashier/barista. And while sitting down, even saw this little handwritten "thank u". Made my day!

Service guys are friendly and helpful. Managed to get the tumbler for this year Chinese New Year and a free coffee too. The place is easily found just on the right side from the main door.

A nice, relaxing cafe for a coffee break, snack, or desert. The sofa chairs are comfy but seating may be limited during peak hours or on weekends.

Chill Starbucks inside Anchorpoint mall. In the very middle of the top floor, next to the doors in the middle. It gets quite crowded during the day and is not as quiet as others as it's wide open into the mall. However it has everything that makes Starbucks successful. Recommended for a cup of coffee and a relaxing time.

It's a great place to focus and relax. And the staff does not complain even if I stay more than 2-3h 😂🫰.

Nice decent place for those who prefer to study or work outside. There are power sockets available at the long table facing the counter. I also like that there is free WiFi - you can connect easily with no password required (just need to fill up a quick form online that takes less than 15s - not kidding). My tip would be to get lunch or dinner from the Alexandra food centre (diagonal opposite of the mall) before coming here, unless you prefer to dine in one of the restaurants. In case you are wondering if this place is crowded on weekends, I am here on a Saturday evening and there are still plenty of seats available.

Ordered English breakfast latte. The tea bag is not infused long enough and the milk was poured in, causing the cup of tea to taste like water. The ratio of the milk to tea is also not right. The latte is very watery.

The ambience and atmosphere here was great. Chill area. Seats always available. Starbucks is known for their excellent service and the staff here always accomplish it.

It's not a very big joint but the staff here are the winners, especially Chloe who always anticipates the customers' needs, ensuring our comfort, suggesting drinks/purchases/combinations, and in these times of reduced capacity requesting single guest to move from big to small table etc. She's fantastic and committed to great customer service and makes this the best branch for me!

The special experience was that the counter spoke English fluently but with a strong accent, and the table next to me had a lively discussion about work in Chinese. After globalization, of course, chain stores all look the same.
