Ordered mango BBT and cake through deliveroo on 12 July around 11am to 12pm. I was contacted by the Staff due to cake being out of stock but still reflected in the app. Staff offered to contact deliveroo immediately to address this, had to forgo the cake and ordered the mango drink only. Deliveroo refunded the amount but was surprised to see a handwritten note alongside an extra drink to compensate for the hiccup. Thank you so much! Not sure of the name of Staff on duty but she is truly commendable in handling the situation :)

Visited The Alley Tampines 1 after nearly 2 months and I have to say that I've really missed it and the staffs there are always so friendly! Love their peach oolong tea with crystal pearls as always, highly recommend it! :)

Common milk tea shop. Can be long queue when peak hour. Look for promotion if you are buying, such buy 2 get 1 free etc...

Seriously good milk tea now available for delivery under Chir Chir Fusion Chicken in the Western part of Singapore. Never got it when both stores are in Tampines and airport

Went there this afteroon, a friendly lady with braids greeted me cherfully and took my order. I ordered my go to brown sugar fresh milk, although it took awhile since its lunch time. Still made the rest of my day great.

Milk tea was as per usual Alley milk tea, but the staff was inexperienced and the cashier was not friendly. (Clothing could be more presentable instead of her cap covering her eyes and being very soft spoken for a cashier in a crowded mall) Was quite taken aback when I asked for a topping for my milk tea, and was just told 'No', before being told that particular topping was not available for their milk tea series. However, the shop just opened and the staff could still be new, so it's forgivable.

the staff here are friendly and quick in making drinks so the wait time is not too long, the place is also great to sit and drink tea in the afternoon. the peach oolong milk tea is nice.

help i've fallen in love with their brown sugar pearls and i can't get up. they've set my standards for brown sugar pearls and i've yet to find a store that can beat them in that aspect. the drink is a bit on the pricey side but i'm willing to pay for qualitea. no need to go all the way to jewel, come to tamp instead!! if i'm not wrong the outlet at jewel only sells drinks? but this outlet is designed more like a cafe, selling pastries and having tables and chairs. not bad for studying i think. their royal no.9 milk tea is certainly different from most milk teas. not bad but doesn't really work for me. have yet to try their lulu series bc apparently if you go too early, it's not ready yet ;_;
