while i was here, i signed up for the cbtl membership (sue me i'm a sucker for discounts), so i got the iced americano and the swedish berry tea using the buy one get one free deal! ☕ iced americano ☕ nothing special; exactly what i expected from coffee bean! just a solid cup of coffee that gave me the required caffeine boost to do my work. 🫐 swedish berry tea 🫐 this tea was a nice refresher to drink after my coffee. i think it's unrealistic to expect leaf water from a chain coffee store to be life-changing, so this fully met my expectations. 👥 service 👥 this is what i appreciated the most as the person working the counter was friendly and the staff didn't kick me out even though i worked there for quite a while! 🥵 atmosphere 🥵 however, the set-up of this place is the reason i wouldn't come back unless i'm pretty desperate for somewhere to sit/ coffee. as mentioned by another reviewer, this place is located next to an entrance which makes it quite warm (i think it's at least 1° warmer than most of the other parts of the mall). while they try to compensate for this warmth by using fans, i personally don't like the feeling of the fan blowing on me as it can be a bit distracting if the wind/ temperature around me constantly fluctuates. finally, it's right at the intersection of a walkway and next to a bunch of other restaurants. as a result, the area surrounding the café is often very busy, with passerbys occasionally peering through the windows to check out what people are doing.

This is quite a nice and open outlet. Service staff are super duper slow.... like sloth on National Geographic. Waited forever for my drink even without a queue. I tried the Chocolate Mint Ice Blended which was a Christmas Festive drink and it was pretty good! Tons of calories for my tummy!

24 hours Coffee Bean outlet at level 1 of NorthPoint Shopping Centre beside Coffeesmith. Seats are limited, around 15 tables. Its get abit warm as it is near an entrance. Other than that, staffs are friendly and professional.

Went back to get my favourite vanilla ice blended and ordered Pandan Gula Melaka cake. The vanilla ice blended was still as good. But the Pandan Gula Melaka cake standard drop. I think they put too much Gula Melaka syrup on it. 😓 the cheesecake was also so-so only.

Ordered a chocolate cookie crumble. It's quite sweet but I love it. If you have a sweet tooth like me, I think you will enjoy the drink with the cookie crunch texture. But the chocolate cake (thousand leaves) was disappointing. Its too dry. Had to wash it down with my drink. Would come here again for the drink but not the cake for sure.

This Belgian cake is dry af. The place has limited seats so don't come here if you plan to do your homework.

Seasonal drinks are delicious and sweet. Some of the staff may need to improve on their customer service attitude. May get crowded especially now due to new seating arrangements in view of covid-19 pandemic.

It is International Women’s Day. It is very packed and its already 9:36pm. Great job ladies! Fast service and drinks n cakes are nicely packed.

The place was crowded yesterdy. I went there with my chrome bk. I was there to surf net. Not like last time where there were some doing internet with laptops, now there was nobody else except me with a laptop. But I liked the rainbow cake. I ate it quickly. The staff kept shouting dark chocolate and asked if anyone wanted it. A few ppl stared at them. The service was gd.

The seats are always taken up. Best to come after 11pm where footfall drops and you can have the whole place to yourself if you like. Great place to chill for work and midnight hangout with friends. Its open 24/7

The cafe looks gd and spacious. The long table with stools is a gd choice if the place's crowded. I ordered latte juz nw when i was there. There were some spare seats available and I chose to sit beside a chinese man who was drinking alone. All ok.

I had all coffee bean outlets quality is abit lack. Need to boost up the coffee bean.When I order ultimate mocha it taste different now. And before pandemic it taste with bean and coffee superb.

Cozy place for a weekday morning breakfast. Afternoon and evening can be pretty packed. Weekend needless to say. Guess not much to say about the food and drinks as it is pretty standard for this franchise.

Their morning breakfast set burger had eggshells in the entire egg, they replaced the burger afterwards. Then again, the egg shell was so huge they should have noticed it before serving.
