Nice location at Guthrie House, but too small. This place is quickly full, as about half of the tables are hogged by students. Otherwise, a good Coffee Bean branch, with a few outdoor seats as well.

Ordered a breakfast set. Coffee is decent, consistent quality. The omelette chicken ham toast is yummy. Hot eggs and nicely toasted bread. But the tater tots are horrible. The Color of it tells u everything. lol. Pls just omit it from the set. It’s super disgusting, cold, soggy and not crispy. It’s like Uncooked and neither here or there.

A place that I never been before neither hear before but It just happens to know them due to a special ones.Not to say it's an awesome but it's definitely a few places that I found that is relaxing and friendly at all times I am there. Still in my mind the thoughtful and amazing experience during my visit at Guthrie House Coffee Bean with my fav Hot Chocolate that always warm my heart during a cold air-conditioned around. I am there to just hang out alone me time with a cup of hot choco but this small gesture just make me feels that I am gonna get the drinks and the cute little pooh Cold Cup. I am getting it with $19.90 and enjoyed the Mocha ice blended in small and it just made my day with the sweet words by the person who served me with the best friendly smile even with his masks on. It's the service makes my day.Hence, the drinks and the cup I am getting is my appreciation for his best level service that made my day. Not the awesome but it's a place that warmth my heart with best ones with best service level.

Had one of their breakfast options here on a sunday. First time eating their food and was pleasantly surprised. Well balanced meal as it includes a fresh side salad. Not as many students hogging tables here as i expected.

Was there at 830am and the staff told us no air condition before 9am. It’s ok , may be save energy. But a bit stuffy inside. The male Barista “casually” brewed coffee for us and I ordered a flat white, the milk dripped over the side of the cup when it was poured into the coffee base. He didn’t bother to wipe it and doesn’t look happy in doing his job 🤔 Not worth to pay the price of over$7 for a coffee there.

Was clumsy n toppled my mug of coffee over table. Staff helped to clean up my mess, provided a replacement mug n checked if all was good! Very grateful for excellent service!

I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast as the taste is really not up to standard. It was quite tasteless. I am aware that you cannot please everybody. Come here for what they are good at, coffee! It is nice to sit down with a friend and have a cuppa.

Nice cosy quiet place...but the peace and quiet was frequently disturbed by the very loud, ugly irritating sound of the coffee grinder machine.. especially worse if you were seated close by to it.
