One thing that immediately struck you, it is cold ! Full blown AC, but I love it. Wouldnt feel hot inside. Very prompt service, enough seating, not noisy at all. The cakes are mostly good, the beverages wouldnt disappoint you. Always come back for their Ice Salted Caramel Latte !

Nice place to chill, but give the breakfast platter a miss unless you want to pay $15.80 for overcooked, unsalted scrambled eggs, NTUC ham and bread and a few pieces of old fruit.

throwback pics … missed all day breakfast

I visited on Children's Day, 9 Oct 2020, with my 2 kids to claim free drinks. After ordering at the door, a staff told me that "although it's free, we encourage you to buy something". I appreciate you giving free drinks on Children's Day (my kids were super excited), but if you hesitate, you should stop giving free drinks. Perhaps creating a new drink for Children's Day and not making it free would achieve your objective of customers celebrating Children's Day in CBTL and spending. The kids will still be equally excited, so your and my objectives are equally met.

Among their many outlets, west mall cbtl tops the list for its cleanliness and adaptability to safe distancing measures. They shifted their pos and even had a separate exit for food delivery drivers. Keep up the good work

Better coffee than Starbucks in my honest opinion. Their ice blended drinks such as ice blended mocha are always very nice. I haven't really tried their savoury foods (i.e. sandwiches and stuff) so I can't say how nice they are, but the desserts and cakes are really nice. My mom adores their carrot cake.

Have been here a couple of times and I have to say, the staff are always friendly and their ice-blended coffee drinks are always top-notch (when comparing to other CBTL outlets or Starbucks-type of joints. Not much to really say, just consistent cold coffee at the price point.

Lovely place to grab some coffee and bite in the heart land of Bukit Batok. Located within West Mall and it opens till late. Comfortable chairs, air-conditioning and free WiFi. What more would you ask for?

28/9/19 Delivery during busy period and trolleys stopping customers from placing orders. If Agility cannot provide deliveries islandwide before stores open to customers, it is time to look for others..... No seats for customers, store is occupied by irresponsible, loud and disrespectful school and other students studying but no coffee bean product or tables covered with books and no owners insight for 26minutrs plus. So this customer could not have coffee and lunch. When will this stop, schools and NLB need to provide catered and properly condusive study places for students. These could include a cbtl or fastfood corner operated by tenants.

My favourite place to have brunch on weekends. A peaceful atmosphere. Order your breakfast platter, have your coffee and enjoy the day, and say hi to me sitting around the corner 😉
