Nice promotion for two set of coffee with $10, from 15/07/2024, Monday to Friday before 12pm.

Nice ambience at railway mall but service from the manager could have been more welcoming. Their chocolate croissant is a complete let down it is so hard and difficult to even cut through.

Good hangout outlet but always hard to get a seat during weekends nites. Patrons not leaving when they are done. Hogging seats, playing mobile games, studying etc. Management needs to deal with this.

Good ambience and the staffs were friendly, all the times when we were there. Should there be no seats available, we would just wait outside, the staffs would signal to us if there were available seats. We just need to be a bit more understanding as working in FnB is not easy nowadays due to the expectations of some….

This is definitely my favourite coffee shop in the West. Excellent coffees and mind-bogling range of teas. The sandwiches and pastriss are good. The only problem with this place is that students tend to hog the tables by sipping their drinks and enjoying the free Wi-Fi. My favourite drink is the Ice Blended Mocha. Can never get enough of it (mind the calories)!

A very cozy place to go and have coffee and cake, it's independent from any shopping mall, that's what makes this place unique. Unfortunately there customer service skills are lacking this is an area that needs to be improved on.
