On 25/9, I experienced the most heartwarming service at Toast Box. The staff were friendly and attentive, but one remarkable young man stood out. Noticing my mobility issues, he proactively offered to serve me personally, insisting on making my experience seamless. His empathy and kindness left a lasting impression! Toast Box clearly prioritizes customer care and empowers their staff to deliver exceptional service. I'm grateful for this outstanding experience and can't wait to return! Always very crowded at this shop due to the prime location. Staffs as usual are very friendly and greeted me with a smile! My first choice to go when I need coffee!

Toast box is a great place to meet over a cup of coffee. I enjoy meeting friends at toast box. However, most of the time there's always a queue. I love to look at the bubbles of the coffee. It's has nice aroma and nice to drink. There is high table and those normal seats at Novena Square outlet. Environment is bright and clean. Their curry chicken noodles and mee rebus is nice. #ILoveToastBox

This place do not provide straws for their cold beverages take away. If you want straw you have ask at least 2x and explain why you need the straws before they will give you one. Staffs will tell you that the cover can be opened! Obviously the cover can be open. But what are straws for then? Might as well phased off straws usage. At least if you dont provide, then let us pay 5cents like plastic bag if for those people that will need it! Anyway nowadays every where is also about money right?

Tried this Floss Thick Toast and I can say others taste better. It is okay to the tasete but it is messy to eat so the experience of eating it is not pleasant. The floss easily slides down the thick toast. Try other food instead.

Outstanding Service. Good hot drinks. On 26 Mar 22 2.11pm Service staff (tall young man) has to manage queue, take order and manage cashier, regulate seating for SMM compliance. Unreasonable Customer (male, Asian, 60?) in front of me was unhappy to be asked if he wanted milk. And questioned the service staff WHat Is Tea? And service staff tried again, you want milk? And the customer was visibly angered and raised his voice and repeated! what is Tea? The service staff was calm, served the grumpy guy, despite the unfair and unnecessary treatment. He bounced back to serve me. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It's always busy with so many customers having kaya toast and soft boiled eggs. Space is tight, but okay, given the number of people there with the passing trade as it's in the main thoroughfare.

Toast Workshop offers an affordable braised chicken drumstick rice set, which also comes with a cup of barley water. It only costs a little over 10 yuan, which is already very affordable in Singapore. The taste is also very good. The ones in Sentosa and Sands are a little more expensive, but they also come with two extra small cakes.
