I would like to commend and compliment Matthew Low, Service Advisor, Alexander Audi Svc Ctr: I had earlier scheduled a repair job at the Ctr and had not been awared that the Ctr was not equipped to handle more complex repair works. Instead of having me arrive at the Ctr on the scheduled date and being told this, Matthew, based on what I had indicated in my booking for repair, took the initiative to contact me ahead of my scheduled appointment at the Ctr, and provided nec advice as well as assisted me to reshedule an appointment, on the same original date, but at Audi Ubi Svc Ctr, for the likely repair work. Matthew showed initiative and used his obvious work experience to make sure a customer would not be unnec.ly inconvenienced, and facilitated a smooth service experience in what could have been a frustrating one. As it turns out, the repair required on my car's steering rack was confirmed by Ubi Svc Ctr and it could only be done at Ubi, requiring about 2 days. Great work and keep it up!

Friendly service and nice cafeteria at Audi Alexandra. The location is convenient for customers whom reside in the west or central region. Enjoyed a cappuccino and cake while I read the latest news in Singapore. However for sophisticated repair, customers might need to head to service centre at Ubi.

Pleasant place to look at nice cars. Big showroom with ample free parking. On arrival take the lift up to the showroom floor. The place is also surrounded by car show rooms of other brands. Good to come tongue area to have a look at the multiple dealerships available as a easy "1-stop" shop (small stroll is needed between dealerships).

The car itself is ok. But the UTR Universal Travel recorder provided by audi is a disappointment. It suppose to loop record and overwrite earlier videos when the sd card is full. Unfortunately, Instead of storing the most recent recordings, It has deleted my records the day before and half the day recordings were gone just as I needed it. Surprisingly, my UTR stores ramdom videos in Dec, Jan and early Feb. Nothing of those videos worth keeping.

Just disappointed they didn't have the particular model we went there to chk out, neither for test drive nor even in the showroom to look at. Only had all the higher end models. Did have friendly staff tho.

Big video screens evoke a sense of ownership. Great selections of cars and attractive perks. Big showroom with 3 levels. Audi sports models are not located here thou.
