It's not the Agent's fault when cars need warranty work, but it's the Agent's duty to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved. Like others, I have had varying experiences with the Auto Germany service centre. Thankfully, I had the good fortune of being assigned service advisor Rajoo for my warranty claims. From my experience, he has been proactively helpful and genuinely tries to explore the issues reported by the customer until they are resolved. I will not rule out buying another Opel in future because of this.

Very welcoming and you will be greeted by the staffs, co ordinator, receptionist and even the ferry service person. Good and attractive cars on display that chances are you want to have second opinion from your own. Clean, spacious and good sales person to educate and explain to you all about good cars.

Very pleasant place to wait while your car is being serviced. Counter staff Zura is most helpful. Service staff Ablatiff is very patient and helpful too. I'm very sure the rest of the staff will be just as good and helpful too 👍

Well spaced and nice environment for ppl waiting during their servicing. But don't throw your cup in the restroom bin. The cleaner will scold :)
