Was referred to this dealership by my brother. Their selection of cars were extensive and the cars were checked, restored and in good condition. Having tried other dealerships and seeing shortlisted cars fail the pre-purchase inspections I had arranged earlier, I only wanted peace of mind in my purchase. Locked eyes on a 2019 Beetle and was attended to quickly by Gerald. He was meticulous in showing me the cars they had that matched my preferences, and explained the key features of the car I liked. Fiona also shared her knowledge of the "people's car" and her engagement skills is off the charts, probably from her previous training and experience as an aircrew. The car itself was immaculate and there was no abnormal sounds during the test drive. The administrative process was clearly explained and thorough, and pricing was transparent. Fiona works hard to provide value for the customer, and it felt good to receive surprise goodies like a discounted car insurance deal. All in all, I collected the car within 10 days of putting my deposit, which was surprisingly efficient to me, and I've enjoyed my ride thus far. It's 2 out of 2 successful deals from my family so far. It might be 3 out of 3 in a few months' time when my dad has to decide whether to renew his COE or change a car. Who knows?

My wife and I was shopping around for a SUV that can suit our daily needs when I chanced upon a listing for a Lexus RX at Sime Darby Auto Selection. The showroom was filled full of a wide variety of cars from different brands and models, being spacious with high ceilings, it didn't give a feeling of being cramped unlike the used car shops in places like Automotive Megamart Being a first time car owner, we were evidently stressed about the different choices, but we had the pleasure of meeting with Gary, who guided us through the different features and functions.
