SG GS WEEKEND Exceptional Experience at Enduro Park Thailand with PML! I recently attended the SG GS Weekend at Enduro Park Thailand, organized by PML, and had an absolute blast! Leong's exceptional leadership and attention to detail ensured a seamless experience for all participants. As the only female participant, I was warmly welcomed and well-looked-after by the group, who made sure I felt safe and included throughout the training. Leong went above and beyond, capturing fantastic photos and videos (complimentary, no less!) to commemorate our adventure. The training itself was top-notch, and I gained invaluable skills and knowledge. I'm now highly motivated to continue my training and looking forward to Level 2 and 3. Kudos to Leong and PML for creating a memorable, enjoyable, and informative experience. Highly recommended!

I recently visited BMW Motorrad Singapore and was thoroughly impressed by Mr. Soeohian, the front desk officer. From the moment I arrived, his warm and friendly greeting set the tone for an excellent experience. I needed to upgrade my BMW R1200GS ADV's IU to an OBU and resolve a bike key issue. Mr. Soeohian handled both tasks with remarkable efficiency and care. His technical knowledge and clear communication ensured a smooth process, while his proactive approach kept me informed throughout. What truly stood out was his ability to troubleshoot the key issue swiftly and effectively. His friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help made the entire experience enjoyable. SG GS Weekend!!! What a Great Weekend!!! It was a great experience riding in a controlled environment where we were guided by highly experienced instructors. Lessons were taught in a friendly and relaxed environment and the trainers answered all our queries to their best knowledge and experience. This training does not only expose us to various bike handling techniques but also it showed us what are the bike actual capabilties. Awesome support from team EPT, Patima, Waranyu and Dao and not to forget Ibrahim from PML who did a super awesome job to entertain our needs. Kudos to EPT and PML for organising this Level 1, super highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a better understanding and dynamics of the bike. Looking forward again in the future for the next level and I hope the collaboration between PML and EPT will continue to organise more of this kind of training.

The technique we learn is very educative & important which we may be applied for our daily ride .The inputs taught by the experienced instructors ,Patima & Waranyu are superb . I gained a lot from them on bike handling & control & the way I assess the ride situation in all weather conditions from now on even tho I am not a GS owner ( I ❤️ my R9T ) . Excellent service from Aaron Yung handling my GS1200 80k servicing. Send my bike in on Monday evening and the bike is ready for collection on Thursday with a surprise battery charger gift. Price is reasonable and itemised properly in the invoice.

When I came to test ride a bike, Syah assisted me with the procedure and also telling me the features of the bike that i was going to test ride. Maintained in contact with him after that, and eventually placed a deposit for a bike, all done remotely without going back to the showroom. Only came back to sign the paperwork. The next time i came back again was to collect the bike. Syah always maintained in contact to assist me on the bank loan procedure, the progress of bidding for coe, etc. The day i collect the bike, he explained in full detail the things i needed to know about the bike, the servicing intervals, what to look out for. In short, he has made the process of purchasing a bike very easy for me with his expertise, experience and vast knowledge. Even when i needed to do my first servicing (which was free), he was there to help me book an appointment. Thank you Syah. 👍

Nothing special about the shop itself, it's meeting the expectations you may have from a BMW Shop. Depending on the salesperson you get, the knowledge level may vary a lot as per your buying experience (sometime it's more efficient to just read the docs on the official websites than ask questions). However, a 5 star rating for the motorcycle servicing : really fair approach on the necessary actions to be taken, they don't oversell unecessary stuff and they adjust to the customer. So a 5th star for this.
