Happened to be around the area while awaiting my (previous) bike to complete its servicing. A rather slow morning; helped myself to the showroom (Ubi) as Sales Executive Jason was busy with another customer. Shortly after he came over to check on me if I require any assistance. Shuttling between my queries and the other gentleman’s. As I state my intent to purchase; he was quick to come out with all the papers, promotions and T&Cs. Throughout the process, though with initial minor hiccups (not Jason’s fault), he took it in his stride to follow up with my requests, updates and even expedited the entire process. Best part, he was juggling his reservist at the same time. Overall, I had a positive experience with Boon Siew and Jason with the help rendered thus far. OTR price may be higher than competitors; however I’m someone who is willing to pay more for as long as the sales/aftersales support is present.
