It has been my pleasure to be served by KIA sales consultant, Ms Winnie Yeo. She is sincere, patient and attentive to details. In addition, she is very responsive and frequently updated us on matters such as COE bidding results, car collection process and etc. She has excellent knowledge on the existing lineup of cars and recommended us the best model to our needs and budget. Bought a Cerato EX a week ago from an excellent salesman called George Pang. Highly recommended to look for him if you are at KIA (Alexandra). Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Truthful and sincere to tell you the differences between the 3 Cerato models. Not pushy like others so you won't be lured into signing the purchase order using goodies and free gifts. However, If George is reading this feedback may I suggest that you give away the gifts and goodies without having your customers to ask for them after closing the deal. Think this guesture is a double happiness to your customers. Regardless of how small the amount your customers have to pay for these extras will not bring repeat orders.
