My mother was keen to engage Car Fleet for our 1st family car. Their Tik Tok live has definitely snatched my mum's sleep. Hahah. I was warmly welcomed all 3 times before acquiring a 1st time car for my family from Car Fleet. Siydah attended to us graciously and truly guided us from the start till hand-over. I didn't know anything about cars and Siydah was extremely patient in listening to all our concerns and stories we wanted to share amd addressed them accordingly. I wanted to acquire a used car and Siydah helped us find the best deal for the budget we presented. Although some interior features and asthetical elements were not the best, I was positively guided with tips to resolve it by Siydah. They even agreed to absorb the cost of replacement of some of the items that were not to standard or were faulty like the headlight and aircon vent cover. Honestly I and my family are yet to experience all the car as to offer, I most definitely look forward to the drive and the places we can visit with our car. Im looking forward to come back to my review and update it a month to give real time feedback.

Just got my car 3 days ago. They are very helpful in explaining the details and car is in good condition. The problem I face is how long they took to reply my messages. Their warranty requires a pre-check done by them at their partner workshops. But when I came down to the workshop, they told me that the car haven’t gone through a warranty pre-check. And I needed to wait for a few hours to settle everything. Hence the three star. Just my advice to any of you who wants to buy car from them; they gave me the best quoting for interest rate and my monthly rate at first when I came for viewing and test drive. In the end I got a bit higher for both. Not that big of a difference but it might matter to some of you. So just prepare yourself. Will still consider to deal with them again in the future. Thanks for being flexible on the meeting timings and dealing with me.
