Ladies and Gentlemen, should you be wanting to purchase a new car, look no further - This is the one stop shop to suit all your needs. Coming from a person like me who has almost no knowledge about cars (but tons of questions to address it), "Aaron" was there to not only answer all of it, but gave me a smooth and pleasant experience guiding me through all the steps in the process. It happened from a simple text enquiring about a Hyundai Elantra, but unfortunately it was sold out. Instinctively, Aaron recommended a car (Kia Cerato) that was similar to my initial choice. This reflects experience and expertise to make recommendations and narrow the choices of cars that you may have in mind to guide you to perhaps a better car that you may wanted initially. Also, the cars they sell are all guaranteed "accident free", this is music to my ears. The process was not only transparent, but it was also simplistic in its own ways and expedited. Everything was crystal clear in terms of what I needed to pay, what I'm paying for and why I'm paying for it. In fact, when I went down on a Thursday, the car was ready for handover two days later. Do I need to say more? Aaron has been amazing, he is approachable and knowledgeable. So much so, that initially I wanted to "explore" my options with other dealers, but I was so amazed by his service that I immediately bought the car upon first viewing. Kudos man. Please do include this place as part of your choices should you want to purchase a car.

The good: Aaron is the best pre-owned car sales person whom I ever met through my 15 years of buying used cars. He gave me the highest trade as compared to other 4 dealers on my latest journey of buying a pre-owned SUV. In addition, 1yr extended warranty is unbeatable VS typical 6mth warranty. He also allows inspection at my workshop and changed engine mounts, lightings, headlight board, rear wiper, handbrake pedals and stabilizer link although these are wear and torn parts. Additionally, Aaron also patches the worn out leather seats and did additional grooming for the car and provided free car plate. Admin fee is waived. I did a 50% loan. Finally he helped me buy accessories like sun visors and obtain a copy of manual for CRV. The bad: Price listed on site is different from sgCarMart. However managed to negotiate down. Final thoughts: I think Aaron as a new generation sales is exceptional. It looks to me that he is here for long term business instead of hit and run. Services level is superb and went extra miles to make me a very happy customer. I am definitely going to look for him again for my next car!
