I visited CARWAY to buy a car and was served by their young sales person Mr Ethan Lee. Although young Mr Ethan was very patient knowledgeable and professional. With his patience and góod customer service I settled for a Mazda 3. From start to the time I took delivery of the car. Mr Ethan was very pleasant and helpful all the way. Even answering to my queries after I drove the car for a week. Thank you Mr Ethan for the professional and excellent service. Thanks to CARWAY too. It’s been about a week after purchasing a car from Carway and I must say, Addy being my sales agent met my needs and exceeded my expectations when it came to purchasing my first car. It was my first time going through the process of viewing, test driving, talking about finance, settling paperworks, running the car through tests and finally handing over the car to me. Addy was very patient with me and was very understanding to my situation. He guided me and taught me things about my car, helped out with settling car insurance to the best of his abilities and always replying very promptly. This sort of workmanship has impressed and given me a peace of mind. He was very transparent with the vehicle and reassured me that the cars they sell are as they came on day one. I had a marvellous experience buying car from Carway a week ago. The service provided by Angel was outstanding. She patiently went through all the cost items with me one by one to ensure I am aware of them before the purchase. She further guided me on the online transactions with bank on the car loan, HDB and LTA and was able to find a car insurance with low price. The entire buying process was smooth. There were no unhappy surprises. Carway also gladly changed the rearview mirror for me when I found condition of the holder was no good after driving the car back home. I am very happy to have bought the car from Carway. It was kind of unexpected as I just happened to come across Carway while looking around in Auto Megamart.
