Widerange of helmets and accessories. Went down to purchase an additional cardo audiokit and x14. Sales-lady was quite friendly. However, after assembling the audiokit, realised that the cardo couldn't fit in and so I decided to try too but the cardo just dont seems to "locked" in with the click sound. Was quite worrying as the sales-lady was using alot of brute strength to force it in 🥲 And so she tried one after another from the cabinet. The whole process was quite long and worrying so I requested her to use their in-house cardo device as I'm afriad she will damage my device. Conclusion, she said the whole new batch was defective so have to use the display set. Not an issue to me as long as it works.

Fairly pleasant shopping experience. But maybe it was near their closing timing when I purchased my stuff some of the staffs was like eagerly anxious to do their closing. Fortunately, the auntie who served me was very patient. Will be back again for future purchases.

Went to Chong Aik with a couple of friends to purchase gears for learning bike. We have been served by Shirley who was patient, informative and without bias for learners! She introduced us the most suitable helmet and guards without frowning. Definitely one of the best service so far! Prices for our purchase are cheaper than other sources that we have found! The only downside is that if you are making a purchase with card you will have to walk across the road to make the payment.

Great place to buy some gear especially Helmets. A decent and wide array of choices especially Shoei. Plus the staff Shirley was very patient and accommodating. Very helpful and explained any enquiries i had. Thank you and will definitely go there to buy my next helmet 👍🏻

I get that they provide genuine parts but holy... Expensive as hell man. Probably not really their fault but if I'm giving a review, then I would suggest people to be prepared to empty your wallets. The customer service is really good though.

Authentic products. Cosy environment. The Chinese auntie is super friendly, but the Filipino auntie seemed always angsty when I visit. Maybe it's just me. Or maybe she's stressed out. Hope she is OK.

Friendly staff, a decent variety of motorbike apparels. They are open for viewing in phase 2. I was Limited in trying a couple of helmets due to covid n hygiene reason. Got myself a Trax open face helmet.
