I bought a GLC from Aaron on Jun 2023. My initial intention was to just to check out the car, but I was impressed with his service and his honesty on the car. He was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Finally after buying the car, 3 months down the road I had a problem. There was some cranking noise on the passenger door. So I immediately call Aaron and tell him on the problem. After about an hour later he call me back and tell me to go to this workshop and the problem got fixed. What I liked about Aaron is there his service was good during the buying and even after sales service was also good. Imagine completing a preowned car purchase within 1.5 weeks during the festive period in Dec? Yes, it was all done with the help of Elle from Drivinci/Dream Selection. Purchased an Audi from them and trade-in my VW. One, trade-in price was amazing (even higher than the car bidding platforms). Two, car was in superb condition that I don't even need to send for pre-purchase inspection. Three, Elle had very good knowledge about the car features and was able to answer my 1001 queries without being annoyed with me, a fussy buyer. Four, Elle basically handled all adminstrative matters on time and in detail even though she had family matters to attend to (although there were some hiccups on financing part due to lapse in Bank process but Elle's service recovery was prompt). Five, Elle's boss, John was also very approachable and compromising. To sum it all up, one of the better used car dealers that I've dealt with!
