My kawasaki zx4rr was brought to FT. Fasttract due to an accident. Freddy took great care in faciliating my needs and was extremely kind, patient and understanding when i explain my concerns. I am looking forward to do more servicing in the future due to the well coordinated customer service from him and his team.

Got into an accident with a grab driver on the expressway, my entire fairing came out, huge damage along with wear and tear coming apart. Story was, Almost got scam by another workshop company and luckily i went down to near authorize NTUC workshop and glad that i met Mr. Freddie who cared to explain every documents and procedures as it was my first accident, He even had the time to guide me through my accident report and taught me how all this works. There was no deposit at all, everything was clear. Response was very fast and makes sense. After surveyor checked the bike, immediately bike got repair and was ready within 3-5 working days. As i told Freddie i needed the bike ASAP and he made it work finishing it within that week itself. Surprisingly seeing the bike it looked like brand new! Everything was clean back to front. I'm so happy and want to thank Freddie and his team for great work done. Don't doubt, any questions just call him and he will answer you :) THUMBS UP. Thank you so much F.T Fasttrack. - Haziq

I don’t know what’s up with all the negative reviews, BUT FT was literally the best workshop I went to. My bike got into an accident I wasn’t sure what to do but I called Freddie( The workshop owner) and he helped me so much. I came all the way from the other side of singapore and explained about my bike condition on phone, even though he was about to close shop already he stayed and helped me during a public holiday eve?! I’m super grateful for going to this workshop. My bike looks super good, even better than before the accident, looks like a new bike frfr. He even fixed for me the previous accident damages, everything was done perfectly. I’m so glad I came here. Thank you Freddie! I’m glad Freddie was there to explain everything and help me get out of the mess I was in. Everything has been settled and I even got back my bike within a few days. I needed the bike urgently, again explained to Freddie and he was more than willing to help. He didn’t have to do all this and I’m not his only customer but he decided to go that extra mile, help me out and attend to all my requests.

Fredie Tan (the owner) is trustworthy and he delivered his services more than you expected. Now, my skidded motorcycle looked like a brand new bike, thanks to the superb workmanship.
