Triston assisted me. Before I went down for the appointment, I saw their reviews were ALL 5 stars, and I wonder if they actually made customers do so. Gladly, they DIDN’T and I can now understand why all their customers’ reviews were 5 stars. Trist showed me the car the first thing and we went for a test drive unlike other dealers, where you may not even get to test drive because the car is simply not there due to whatever reasons. He was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and comes across as the sales person I would want to deal with at the first meeting, which I did. The red Honda Jazz I got from him is a beautiful unit, super low mileage, and first-owner car. The buying experience from them was a very pleasant one!

Look for SHAM when you are at happy motoring. Recently bought my second car with Sham and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A very honest and no nonsense salesperson. He answered all of my queries and hear my concerns that I have. Reassuring me with their warranties and had the patience to answer my 1001 question. It was honestly one of the best experience that I ever had. Even after the handover, he updated me with more information on the road tax and insurance. AWESOME. If only the majority of the salespeople had the same ethics as Sham, the car buying world will definitely be a better place. Guys, I rarely make google reviews but for this guy Sham here, i have to. Hands down thank you!

I am extremely pleased to buy a Honda Shuttle from Happy Motoring. Staff is courteous and listening and meeting every detail of my purchase requirement very well. Mr Toh is especially good at matching my requirements to a car that matches them well. He also took a lot of effort to ensure that the car is maintained in excellent cindition before handover. He also provided post sale service to assist me in finetuning adjustments of aircon temperature, accesories controls so that my driving is made convenient and pleasant, meeting my needs as a customer way beyond my expectations. His boss is also very courteous and discerning, inviting me to his office to chat over a happy deal made. Kudos to Happy Motoring service! Happy Motoring may not be the cheapest dealer, but it is definitely trustworthy and professional. Sham handled my purchase professionally, and the car I was looking at, other than some cosmetic issues, was in perfect condition. Even the cosmetic issues were rectified. Neither Sham nor his boss tried to "smoke" when asked questions. They simply say they don't know when they don't and attempt to find out for me. I requested the car to be sent to my appointed workshop for inspection, and my workshop found nothing wrong with it at all. Good trustworthy dealer.

I initially went in to Happy Motoring expecting a full on sales pitch, various pushy tactics, typical "someone else is also very interested in this". However, Sham was the total opposite of what i was expecting. He did introduce another car that was different to the one that i wanted to look at, but he didnt push that to me. He laid out the advantages and disadvantages of both cars, and listened to my needs without being too over bearing. After deciding on the car, he kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and was prompt in his responses whenever there were changes.
