Bryan was patient, friendly, and attended all my questions to his best. I was testing some helmets, and he was providing good advice. I always try to look for him when I visit Motoworld.

Mike did a good Job installing my chigee unit. Bernard was patient in explaining how to use the unit. Kevin gave me a tip to take a photo of my receipt and send it to their Facebook messenger for easy reference in the future. Thank you Motoworld

Good service from Motoworld ! Changed my forged rims, installed chigee, done my brakes, and also installed my OBU here on separate days. Workshop was crowded, but wait wasn’t too long. Good workmanship and excellent services from the workshop guys ! Definitely recommend, but if possible do book an appointment to avoid any disappointment !

Bryan and Zi Kang were accommodating when I went to purchase my new gloves and riding pants. They were helpful when I had to try different sizes. Even when the store didn’t have the colours I wanted for my gloves!, they took the initiative to present me with the options I had. They were also able to manage the few customers who were in the store so that no one was neglected.

Got the Rpha 11 Series from Motoworld. The products are absolutely gorgeous. Mistakenly placed order for Rpha70 instead of Rpha11, however the support team addressed my error and concern patiently and replaced the product. The shipment was quick too. Really appreciate the support and assistance from Ritche (Support team). He was really helpful. Looking forward to visit the store personally whenever I plan to visit SG. Keep up the good work. Bought this item online during Circuit breaker. Had some issues initially. Item was market to last 9hrs but the first use didn’t last as long. Contacted after sales. Both William and another person (sorry that i didn’t get your name) contacted me to troubleshoot the issue. Remedied the issue. Item is working excellent now. Though it last 7hrs non stop recording instead of 9hrs. It’s still pretty impressive to my standards. Always impressed with Motoworld’s retailing service in my past experiences. If not for CB, I would’ve preferred shopping in their Kakit Bukit store. Always willing to throw in some discount one way or another from the price tag. 👍🏼

I love to go here because I can get all my stuffs in one roof.. new and old products sold here . We'd like to share an important feedback about your staff, on our very first visit to Motoworld Kaki Bukit. We accompanied our son to Motoworld yesterday morning to get his riding gear at Kaki Bukit for the first time. We truly didn't know where to start but then as we entered the store, we were served by a friendly, patient and helpful sales person, Hafiz. He was kind to help us in selecting the proper gears n patiently waited on us n explained that the right quality does matter when selecting gears for riding. He patiently went through with us on our selections and explained to us the safety features that should be the priority in our choices. When he had to leave us to attend to another customer, he even cared to tell us that he will just be around at the other section if we were to look for him. He tried to attend to almost everyone around and helped the counter lady to fetch some bags from downstairs without hesitation and up again on the floor to attend to us. Amazing! As a first time rider, my son couldn't decide what n which item to buy so Hafiz suggested to my son of the important gears to get first for a start. At the same time, he advised my son to ride safely n to heed mom's advise for blessings. We are truly satisfied with the service rendered to us n we truly had a wonderful experience at Hodaka Motoworld Kaki Bukit that we got some riding tips for our son. Thank you to Hafiz for his excellent service. We were also told that he was covering for someone but he did his part very well. All the best to him in his career! Not forgetting, the lady at the counter who was kind and friendly. They both made our purchase a breeze. Like any other parents, we are anxious for our son riding motorbike the first time at such young age. Having known Motoworld, we are confident coming here for advise and to make our future purchases. Organised with each level for different stuff (like level 2 for apparels and helmets stuff, then basement for assesories and performance parts etc and level 1 payment counter and servicing etc). They have lift so no need to climb stairs. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Price reasonable. But not sure there's loyalty discount if buy more coz so far bought two helmets and two Bluetooth set.. No discount or freebies.

Went to the apparel and equipment section upstairs. Staff seemed to be inexperienced with the gear and couldn't make sound recommendations based on my requirements. However, if you know what you need, their assistance would be more than sufficient as they know where things are. Might be better to visit the Jalan Besar branch instead for recommendation on gear.

Bought a HJC helmet in the morning and realised it was too big after I got home. Called them up and they told me to come back to change. Though I couldn't find the same design that I want, Jenny was very helpful in helping me choose another design. Thanks for the good service. I'll be back again should I need further biking stuff.

Motoworld stocks everything you might need for motorcycling. Carrying Brand’s like HJC , Oxford, RS Tachi, Shark Helmets , Komine …. From Accessories to Rider Gears and repairs. Prices are fair and worth a visit. When you know what you need. They have an impressive online store which is well stocked and delivery timings are prompt. Better than expected! Always a great place to go as your one stop shop….

Hey folks, I am a learner rider. I went down to Kaki Bukit because they seemed legit. Level 1 sells Trax helmets (PSB approved) for yall learners like me. The stock sells out pretty quickly, so don't expect to find every color of every model. Help yourself to try the helmets on. Moving on, level 2 has scorpion and HJC helmets. I couldn't put on the helmet without my mask and specs coming off. Turns out I didn't know how to wear the helmet the right way. Big shoutout to Jenny who works there. She helped me fit the helmet on and gave me a breakdown on all the options. She's very familiar with what helmets are good for beginners. She measure my head size and gave advice on what size of helm to buy. Go ask Jenny for some helps yall, don't be like me, walk around for 30 mins. Haha.

They have almost everything here and their brake pads are amongst the most affordable (first-class bikes wise, not sure about others). Will give 5 stars if their lift goes faster. Everything else is 👍🏻

Went to do Coolant flush , Mechanic looks fierce but quite friendly. Even taught me which bolt to unscrew for the coolant to release. Very friendly people.
