I was served by Derrick Cheong and had a great experience overall. As I had to wait a couple of months due to ordering a new varient of the HRV, Derrick ensured that I had received regular updates regarding the COE and the registration of the vehicle. After the vehicle arrived, he ensured that everything was checked before the handover, including the installation of the auto-close gates, the car cam, etc. Usually handover takes quite a but of time but thanks to him, we were able to do everything within an hour! Can't ask for more from a sales rep!

Having owned and driven 2 different Honda Odysseys over the last 20 years, I was looking forward to another and newer Odyssey this year (2024). However, the Odyssey was no longer available. I had no choice but to settle for a Honda Freed. In February this year, I met Ms Debbie Lim, who was introduced to me by Mr Andrew Khoo. Andrew, who handled my purchases of the 2 Odysseys I previously owned, had provided me with excellent service then. He said Debbie would provide me the same good service. Indeed, as promised, Debbie's service was simply excellent. From the time I met her in February at the Honda showroom at Ubi Road till the time I collected my Freed in early July, she always gave clear and detailed explanations on things that I should or wanted to know about the car and the purchase process. She handled well all my queries - whether it was about the Freed itself, or the processes involved in scrapping my old car, and how long it would take to have the new car ready for collection after the booking done in February. Debbie was always there to regularly update me on the status of my purchase, even when I was away overseas. Debbie was also very patient. For example, she did not rush me when it came to choosing the colour of the new car. At other times, she really took time to explain things, and was ready to repeat whenever I, a senior citizen, did not understand what she said. During the car collection, she gave a lengthy and detailed demonstration and explanation about the car, accessories like the entertainment and dashcam systems, and the new OBU. I'd like to thank and commend Anthony Goh for his professionalism and great customer service. Having been to a few PI as well as AD showrooms, my wife and I ended up settling not for the cheaper cars, but for one that came from a dealer we felt we could trust best. As a first-time buyer, I was glad about Anthony being very upfront in laying out the pros and cons when I told him i was comparing the car i was going to buy then, vs a second hand car. He was totally respectful and not pushy, even when I told him I'll be viewing the 2nd hand car afterwards during my second visit to the Honda Showroom.
