I want to sincerely thank Mr. Lionel Lim for his wonderful service. This is my 2nd Lexus ES300H purchase and Lionel has been my to-go-to guy for all questions related to the ES300H. Our recent Lexus NX purchase was an absolute pleasure! There was no rush or pressure from our sales rep, William Choy. He was patient and professional throughout. He gave good advice and he knew what we were looking for. During the test drive, he didn’t restrict us on the route to take. He told us to take our time and just wanted to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The experience of our car collection was also a pleasant surprise. William arranged a bigger room for us. He meticulously walked us through all the documents to be handed over and got everything organised in a Lexus Tote bag with a bottle of red wine in it too. Before we drove off, William showed us how to use all the functions of the car to ensure our drive is always safe and pleasant. Had to look for a new ride as my previous car was 8 years old. Visited the Lexus Showroom for the first time and Ader Loh was assigned. She introduced us to the range of cars available. We test drive the LBX and was awed by the auto parking capability! I was querying the IS300H but Ader pointed to the ES300H as a better buy. Excellent showroom in terms of overall layout, display, service and hospitality. It’s a very warm and friendly culture here, minimal judgement and 100% customer service oriented. Would be great if they have further spaces between the cars on display but it’s manageable for now. It’s such a coincidence that we bumped into William again when we wandering near Lexus show stand two weeks ago at the motor show. William is a committed and passionate sales representative. You can easily tell this based on his commitment to Lexus brand and his familiarity with the car function, design, patrol benefit, comparison with other brand competitors and more to name. We find ourselves able to make our own decision without being pushed or “persuaded” during the whole decision making process. William is also meticulous on all after sales services.
