After trying out a few workshops as I was new to riding, I can easily say that Lian Hup Seng Kee definitely has given me the best experience and have been going back there ever since. The guys here go all out in their repairs. They go all out in making sure that your bike is safe to ride on the roads and even pointing out things that your bike had issues that you might not even knew you had!! I love the fact that with each yearly maintenance that I do, they’ll send me pictures and videos showing where’s faulty and what would be recommended to get it rectified. The communication and updates were always clear and concise which I really appreciated it knowing that my bike is being taken care of by people who care as well. They don’t half ass their job, you can feel it and see if after your bike gets repaired or maintained. Don’t hesitate to go here if you’re a new or veteran rider, guaranteed satisfaction!

I was looking for a shop to trade in my bike at a good price and found LHSK. Compared to other shops they offered me a good deal so I decided to trade in my bike and got an Xmax and then we work towards my budget for the monthly repayment. I also requested a 3 digit plate number and Zac delivered. Overall, Zac really listened to what I needed and tried to make things happen. All in all excellent customer service!

I would like to vouch for Lian Hup Seng for their transparent pricing (on Carousell) and their knowledgeable and experienced mechanic (chinese tall guy - refer to picture) who has been servicing my bike for the last 4 times over the span of 2 years. I have been through many workshop, famous and expensive ones but has never been as satisfied as when I am going here. You have a great mechanic, he has been the one and only handling my bike during my visit. A big kudos to him. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to get his name. Recommended workshop. Things I did at this workshop: 2x tyre replacement, 1x brake pad replacement, 1x scooter general servicing

Will never be regret going to this shop for major repairs after my accident. Desmond and his dad together with their team of mechanics were very professional to their service and parts knowledge. It's always a competitive business. So price wise , don't compare. What you paid in this shop , definitely worth it without any bad remarks like others. Please ignored Negative reviews from haters. Went to change tyre and I got Shinko brand at a good price. I was shocked that the tyre came as what the owner promised. Yesterday, I went to change. While waiting , I went to coffee shop nearby to had dinner. About 30 mins no less, owner WhatsApp me said the bike was done. I got back and test all in good order and they changed me a new pump tube that I've been looking for so long. Great top notch service. I am thinking of changing my engine and gear oil at this ship too but unfortunately, I am staying far north. It's too far for me to travel just to do servicing. But owner told me he try to find my bike parts. My bike is a SYM , parts for this bike bit hard to find. Many shops said "no" when I told them if they can source me some parts if I need to change. 5 star for the great service!

1st time here. Never regret it. Mechanics and boss knowledgeable, advising only the necessary stuffs to be done. Workmanship tip top. No hard selling. Changed new fork, monoshock, sprocket chain, clutch cable and coolant flush for my Yamaha Sniper. Reasonable price. Will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended shop.

First time here. Came to change tyres, sprockets and chain. They're currently having promo for super sprox sprockets with DID chain for 400X. Good price on the Mitas tyres as well. The mechanic that did my bike worked fast and carefully. I also like his jovial and positive attitude. Finished my bike is slightly under 1hr. They have Nets but you can get a slight discount if pay cash.

Background: Bike had a problem. Ignition key on but dashboard didn't light up and Couldn't start. However, could kickstart. Bike is new to me and battery is very new. Brought to the shop to check. Was told that the battery was a size 10 and thus was too strong for the bike which resulted in the bike not being able to start at all and I should change to size 9. Paid 68 for the new battery. Went to a second shop and got a second opinion, turns out the original battery was in perfect condition and it couldn't be that the battery had overpowered the bike until it couldn't start. Likely it was a simple connection issue. Lian hup Seng kee played me like a fiddle. Never again. 4th Feb update: Went to shop to get it fixed properly. Issue lies with charge control unit and new battery has been refunded. Excellent service!!
