I recently collected the Lotus Emira and the driving experience so far is excellent. The interior is equally impressive with good quality materials and “clean design” dashboard. The service experience associated with Lotus has made the long wait more bearable as the dealership’s transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the whole process from initial consultation to car handover. Reuben from Lotus was knowledgeable and attentive during the whole process. The follow up support is equally good as my queries or concerns were addressed promptly. The overall experience has been 👍🏻.
