I have been a customer for nearly 8 years. Every trip to the Mercedes centres (Leng Kee & Pandan Loop) is always a pleasant experience for me.
Staff handled my case/ requests with attentiveness and politeness. They are proficient with their respective areas of work, so they were able to make reasonable recommendations to me on how to address my car’s issues. They were also ready to acknowledge and made efforts to rectify when I pointed out any slipshots to them. These staff range from those at the reception all the way to the friendly & proficient technicians attending to my tyres!👍 On several occasions, the team would go the extra mile to make my day such as giving my little car a quick clean-up (though I did not request) before handing it back to me🤗
An added bonus is the warm service from the cafe staff who took efforts to remember my name on my subsequent visits and recommended new sweet desserts (my favourite) on the menu to me.

First time going to this service centre for service B. Service from the reception and counter and was pretty good from drop off till collection. The cafe auntie was pleasant. One thing to note- it might be better if the last collection time is stated in the order emailed to customers. I forgot what the service assistant told me verbally and had rushed to the centre thinking it closes at 7pm 🥲.
Excellent service at Mercedes, really a great differentiator amongst the luxury brands out there. Special mention to Victor who made our time there so comfortable, given the space to explore and understand more about each model. Outstanding work!
Sent my car for 1st servicing and the Service Advisor, Peter Eng & teams was excellent. Had some issue with the car display panel and the team had no problem in spending extra time to address the issue. Will request for Peter again for the next service. If one does not have a specific SA, can consider Peter.

I had sent in my C180 for regular service in Alexander Road. I was attended by Ignatius as my regular service person (Joseph Tan) was in training.
It was a surprising great experience, a big shout out and thank you to Isaac Tan, for his simple and logical advice and not pushy suggestions. The overall service was very good and will definitely return in future. The car wash was spotless!
The same cannot be said for service center at the East which is nearer to my home. It does not have have the feel and look of a MB service.
Went for my first servicing and was met by a very warm welcome from Mr. Hatta who also offered to drive my car to the basement servicing area. Next, was met by a friendly and courteous Client Service personnel as soon as I entered the building who briefed me on the steps and processes to go thru. Overall I think it was a great experience and really made my day even if I had to wait for that few hours. Good job.
The service advisor is very professional and keep updating the car status and give the advice on the best fit service package for me. And appreciated for the customer service team, they are very friendly! And also the cafe service team, they are warm welcoming to customers!

Nice and comfortable reception area. The staff handling the appointment were helpful and friendly. The service advisor, Ignatius Leow was patient and took time to explain the servicing to be carried out. Overall, the experience was good
Servicing experience at C&C Alexandra was great. My Mercedes Benz car was really well taken care by the service team. Will highly recommend for all MB owners to do repairs and servicing only at MB agent workshops and no where else. Fantastic job.
The new Mercedes Centre looks great and comfortable. A long overdue upgrade!
Was greeted by Iris who was assuring and rendered quick service, as my first touch point. Raj, my SA was polite, welcoming and provided updates along the day. Excellent service.
However giving it 3 stars as MB Center at Alexandra could not solve the noise issues with my car, as they only perform mechanical work here. Unfortunately, my fairly new car car could not match the quality of the new swanky customer lounge :(
I just had my car serviced at the Mercedes-Benz centre. The service representative Peter is a very kind young man. He arranged the high quality service and went the extra mile to help and explain the service done.
Strongly recommend Service Advisor Ignatius Leow. Professional and experienced. Went the extra mile to ensure that my car was well serviced and maintained.
The counter staff were helpful and friendly. Rajesh, my service advisor, addressed all my issues and ensure that my instructions for the servicing were followed. This is the first time that my vehicle was handled by Rajesh, and I will definitely go back to him in the future.
On top of the friendly staff, the light bites at the cafe were tasty too 😂
Sent my GLC for an engine mounting issue and the engineer (Peter Eng) handled the case superbly. Very professional in his advise and returned the car feeling like a brand new car. Well done!
I've my car serviced on 24 April 2024, and help by a Service Advisor, Mr Chris Yoong, he is helpful, friendly. Besides, I'm impressed by his good work attitude & he does take proactive action on the servercing of my car. He work attitude is commendable.

Service is prompt and my cars issue was solved within a couple of hours and handled back to me after a meticulous wash.
Mercedes is known for its amazing service globally. I have to say that the outlet in Alexandra lives up to this expectation.
We were served by Angela, who was very focused on our needs from the beginning to the time we left. She made sure that all our questions were answered and we left feeling good, regardless of whether we purchased a car or not.
If you are in the market for a car, do check out Mercedes impressive lineup and make sure you ask for Angela.
1. My written requests to
@ rotate tyres and @check on creaking sound esp when going over small hump
were somehow missed out. Nothing was done. How to improve?
2. Upon starting the car after handover, screen was not reset(maybe that’s usual procedure) and the automatic drive was set to M annual(maybe also standard op procedure?) - small irritation. Can improve?
3. Advisor was not contactable by hp before I came down to pick up the car. When I arrived reception officer informed me that she’s with other customer. Miscommunication? Another small matter to improve on?
Excellent follow up with attention to details, professional and leaving no loose ends. This is a winning behaviour and your service level is what good looks like. Kudos to Steven Tay, Lim Soo Heng & Joanne Ong.

Very pleasant experience having my vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz Center, service agent Jovanna assisted me throughout the servicing and was very prompt to update me on the status of my vehicle and settled all my vehicle issues brought up. Thumbs Up 👍🏻
The staff of Alexandra branch are friendly and helpful. They can explain to me with details if I have any doubts. But there is a room of improvement for the waiting time which took me an hour there .
Very bad service! After driving out the car from the usual service, we heard sounds coming from the brakes. We decided to turn back and get the technician to check. They said they found a stone lodged in the brake and had removed it and would be ok. When we reached home, we heard a screeching when reversing into the parking lot. We decided to drive down on saturday to get it check again but they say they cant get it done and ask us to come back on Monday! All these incovenience comes after the servicing and shouldnt they try to get it fix instead of asking us to come back on a working day!
Good service - a driver will come and pick up the car. The person in charge will update the status and inform when the car is ready to return. After the servicing, a driver will contact you and send back the car.
My car was sent to Cycle & Carriage for 2 days servicing as the car will soon be 5 years old .
I would like to send compliment to Call Centre Carol Ng and Service Team members Vino and Tony who are under good leadership of Lim Siok Heng for their prompt attentiveness to my requests .
They do the car servicing work well and explain systematically in details to encourage me to replace some critical parts ( which I may not be aware of) for safety purposes.
They are passionate plus committed in work and they understand the needs of the customers well. Keep on your good work. C K .
Advisor Ignatius was good, articulate & pro customer even though the receptionist gave another advisor’s name on the email sent to my yahoo email account. Please keep up the good work.
Excellent courteous service, from the pick up valet and very polite and patient communication from the customer service officer Vinod.
Service staff are polite and professional, valet is also friendly and nice. And best part my Star Polish is exceptionally done and I got a shiny car back!

It was a very pleasant experience in working with both serviteam at the Alexandra and Pandan centres in my recent need to do annual servicing and body works. The team demonstrated such professionalism and most important collaboration, so seamless in providing support that minimises my inconvenience. They work so well together and that gives me a peace of mind, being able to have a trusted partner for after sales and service is key to me staying with the Mercedes brand. Excellent booking and work by Joanna Ong. But I suffered a 20-minute delay when collecting my car because the receptionist was busy chatting and joking with a male visitor instead of settling my account.
Big kudos to Jo who are not only know all the features of Mercedes-Benz so well, even took his time to explain in details for everything on dashboard as well as small functional buttons inside car. Literally everything we can see! Very fascinating! If you would like to find out any car features, guess he’s the best man can tell you.
Another problems was my tight travel schedules left me limited time in town. He has sacrificed his personal time waited me to test drive! Appreciate it so much when most ppl rather to go home instead of waiting for potential customers.
On top of that, his after sales service is excellent too. Ensure we have no issue or question about car and even offer his helps if there’s any necessary. Such a good experience!
Jerald Ng attended to d airbag replacement appt and was helpful and service oriented with d follow up. He has always been a friendly and helpful staff who tries to understand customer's needs. A good role model for his peers.

Great customer service as usual but the place is under some seriously renovation now. Not many seats for waiting and not as comfortable as before. Let's wait for the renovation to be over and I'm sure things will be better.

The service counter staff are Filipino, which are generally friendlier and more responsive in addressing & highlighting what is contemplated in the regular servicing, with its attendant expected cost & time needed .
