I was searching for a second hand car and chanced upon Inchcape which offered reliable used cars. Initially I had set my eyes on a particular model which fitted my budget. When I was on-site to test drive, their salesman, JJ, had advised me to check out the other car of the same model which offered better value for money. Throughout the whole test drive process, JJ was very friendly and did not push for sales though it was the last weekend before CNY. In the end, JJ managed to close a deal with me by offering a price not too far off my budget. JJ also demonstrated excellent after-sales follow-up. I got my brake light fixed within the first month of usage. Thanks to JJ for helping with the purchase of my car.

Due to the sky rocket COE price and the sudden breakdown of my 14 yrs old Legacy, decided to try my luck and see if I can find something that I more willing to pay from the 2nd hand car market. Found this advertisement from SGCarmart on a Subaru Levorg which I always keen on, Called up Otopac and a test drive was immediately arranged by JJ. Was surprise with the Low mileage and extremely good condition of the 6 yrs old car, with the additional 1 year Engine / gearbox warranty that throw into the deal, didn’t take me long to decided on the deal.. JJ was helpful and responsive thru out the process and answering each of my questions patiently which surely give me a peace of mind. If you’re looking for a trust worthy used car dealer, You may want to give them a try as the experience has totally changed my perception on dealing with 2nd car dealer *compared to the experience when purchase my first car (2nd hand) back in the early 20s Great job! It was a very good experience purchasing a preowned car from Inchcape. Rep Edison Neo handled the purchase very professionally. He was meticulous.He handled everything from the purchase transection, the bank loan and the season car parking lot. The service and environment was excellent . Was looking for a conti car and the sale rep. Mr JJ Was patient and diligently on explaining the spec of the Mercedes model etc. No hard selling and drama . The price and admin handling was smooth and swift. All pre owned car are been display in such as if it was new . As.each have it own housing..unit . I was surprised on how it was display for the client to view. With due respect .. will recommend friends to purchase if they are in need of buying a pre owned car. Keep up the good.. work Mr JJ.. Thank .. you and the management for the approval of my E250...
