We are glad that we found this company and give them a chance. Jeremy was the sale rep who handled our purchase. He was very thorough and patient as well as well informed. Called Jeremy and enquiry about a car on a sat and he is very patient to clear my doubts which i decided to make a way down to his office to take a look at the car. He is an easy going, hardworking and helpful person and settled all paper work within a few hours by printing out all relevant document for me.. He go beyond the extra mile to help scrap my car after it is time to. And receive a warm text whether i manage to reach home due to long time never drive. Kuos to his commitment and hardworking attitute in his field. All the best, Positive Auto! Jeremy my saviour!!!!! After happily driving for about a week, due to my negligence, i forget to off the light and it drain out the battery which i didn't notice until the next day when i want to drive and couldn't even start the engine. Immediately call Jeremy and to my surprise, he came to my rescue within 30 mins and do miracle saving the batt!!! Felt so blessed to have bought the vehicle from the right place and the right guy, Jeremy. Remember from my past experience which i have to call for tow to have my vehicle service.
