Was going around workshops to get a rough quote for trade-in of my motorcycle and I came across the salesperson, Amos. He was friendly and was willing to answer all my enquiries even before buying bike from them. Even though it was not the highest quote I gotten, I went ahead with them for the prompt response and good services. Throughout the sales negotiation period, he has been very accommodative to all our requests, and he is very professional in handling all questions that were asked by my wife and me. One important trait that Amos displayed was that there was constant communication between me and him via Whatsapp. Amos will go the extra mile and make all effort to ensure that my enquires were answered. About a month later, my 65L box top condition degraded because of rain and shine. I suspected that it was a quality issue. I dropped a text to Amos and he asked me to bring my bike down to his shop for his mechanic to take a look. After taking a look, it was quite obvious that it was a quality issue. I’ve checked with my group of fellow X-ADV riders with similar 65L box and no one has experienced the same issue as me. Without hesitation, they replaced my 65L box. I was amazed by their professional service. I contacted them in the morning and got it changed in the evening. Initially, I was quite worried that they wouldn’t entertain me as I’ve already purchased from them, and they had no obligation to entertain my concerns. But they did! I do not know if other shops would entertain but Revology did. I hope sharing my experience will help you decide purchasing from Revology. Kudos to Amos and team. And the moment I stepped into the shop, I was served by AMOS ,he is the sales rep.
